One partner sits with legs extended or crossed and the other is lying down and gently rests their head in their lap.
Close your eyes and take slow,
Deep breaths.
Breathe into the idea that your love is a spiritual journey.
Two souls walking side by side,
Each growing,
Evolving and awakening.
Gently bring your attention to your partner.
Visualize them beyond their emotions or physical presence,
Sensing their deeper essence,
Their soul.
Allow gratitude for their being to fill your heart.
Now,
Reflect on your shared imperfections,
The lessons you've learned together and the ways you continue to grow.
Open your heart to compassion and forgiveness for yourself and for your partner,
Understanding that love thrives not in perfection,
But in patience,
Acceptance and grace.
Now,
Bring your awareness fully to this present moment.
Feel your breathing and become aware of your partner's breathing,
Flowing in and out.
Let your attention be a gift,
Fully listening,
Fully receiving.
Notice how simply being present deepens the spiritual bond,
Cultivating a quiet,
Abiding love that needs no words.
Slowly move your hands,
Fingers,
Toes.

You can slowly open your eyes,
Carrying this awareness of your spiritual partnership into the rest of your evening.
