Hi everyone, And thank you for joining me for these words of wisdom. Today I wanted to remind you to meet yourself where you're at. If you can't meditate, Pause for a moment of gratitude before you sip your morning tea or coffee. If you can't work out, Go for a five minute walk. If you can't get out of bed, Listen to your favorite music. And if you can't stop being so hard on yourself, Maybe give yourself some grace and just meet yourself where you're at.
