I don't know who needs to hear this but it's okay to outgrow things and it's okay to embrace change. Change doesn't always have to mean worst case scenario, That things are going to get worse than they already are. Change is where growth happens. Sometimes change has the potential for something better than your current situation and if no one has told you lately you're doing a really good job at figuring all of this out.
