Take a deep breath in and as you exhale Ask to remain alert,
To remain focused.
And yet to be very relaxed.
Ask for the physical fatigue to go away.
For the tension in your shoulders,
Your arms and hands to just dissolve.
And ask.
For your face muscles and your jaw muscles.
To just relax.
And again,
Take a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Through your mouth.
Focus on your heart.
And say.
I ask and intend.
To create the sacred space.
I ask and intend to keep away the distracting thoughts,
Distracting mind chatter,
Distracting energies.
And I ask that my spirit family from Source to please be present with me now.
And help me to create and maintain it.
This sacred space.
And I ask my own higher consciousness and my spirit family to help me with this work.
With this exercise.
And to always keep me in a safe and comfortable place.
I ask to be guided.

From this energy,
I focus on my heart.
And I allow.
What my heart is feeling right now.

And complete acceptance.

And that's totally okay.
I am safe.

I am allowed to feel this way right now.

I feel this way right now.
And I stay with the feeling.
I don't have to understand.
With my human mind.
I trust this is for a purpose.
Nothing is going wrong.

There is nothing I need to do right now.
I just am without ease.
