And relax some more.
Quiet your thoughts,
Quiet your mind.
Relax your face,
Relax your eyes,
Soften your gaze.
Relax your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms and your hands.
And again,
Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose.
And exhale through your mouth,
And relax some more.
Then focus your attention on your heart,
And say quietly,
I ask and intend to create a sacred space.
I ask to let go of all the distracting thoughts,
Energies and information.
And I ask and intend to connect deeply to the frequency of Source,
At the center of the universe.
Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath.
And as I exhale,
I imagine that this energy of Source is condensed in a small beam of light.
It's coming down from the center of the universe,
All the way,
Through space.
And it's arriving just above the top of my head.
Pure,
Pure Source light.
I bring it down,
Through the top of my head,
Through my brain,
My jaw,
My shoulders,
My upper back and chest,
My lower back and stomach.
I bring it down through my thighs,
My knees,
My ankles and my feet.
And I anchor the energy all the way down,
Into the earth.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I bring the focus to my heart again.
And as I focus on my heart,
I say,
I now ask and intend to reprogram my subconscious mind and to release,
Once and for all,
All my fears associated with money.
And I ask and intend that my new programming begins now,
And more importantly,
That it manifests in my 3D reality,
Immediately.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I now merge with my own spirit self,
My own higher consciousness,
Just through my intent and my visualization.
So I visualize that I am in a bubble of light,
A sphere of light all around me.
This is my own sacred space.
This is my energy field.
And I expand out my energy field,
7 to 8 feet outside of my physical body,
And I begin to feel that I am in this sphere,
In this bubble.
This is my own higher consciousness.
This bubble,
This sphere is filled with the energy of my own higher consciousness.
It isn't far away out there,
It is right here,
With me,
Around me.
I feel this presence all around me.
And as if my higher consciousness was a separate entity,
I speak to it.
I go to my heart and I say.
I now ask,
I intend and I choose,
To change my way of thinking,
To change my deeply embedded blocks and beliefs about money,
So I can be open to everything you are orchestrating for me,
Open to everything you create,
Everything you put in my experience.
And I now ask you to support me,
To guide me,
To facilitate this for me.
As of now,
I choose freedom.
I choose joy.
I choose total abundance.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I say again from my heart to my own higher consciousness.
You are here with me now,
In this perfect alignment.
And I pledge to you that my human mind will now focus on creating a new energy form that I will call abundance.
This abundance will be the primary experience in my 3D life.
And so I ask now that you will allow this to occur now.
I want to do this with you.
I want to allow you to do this for me,
In a beautiful co-creation.
Yes,
We are co-creators in this new experience,
As of today.
And so it is.
And I ask to trust you.
I ask to trust me,
Actually,
Every moment of the day.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I now ask and intend to receive the new energy straight from Source.
This is the new formula,
The new programming,
The new consciousness of money,
The loving friend money really is.
It's so powerful,
So pure,
So clean.
It is a new frequency,
And I absorb it within all of my cells.
Pure,
White,
Silver and golden light.
This light is now filling my sphere,
The sphere all around me,
And it is filling every cell in my body.
I absorb it.
Every cell in my body absorbs this energy,
Just through my intent.
And as it comes through,
All the old frequencies are truly erased.
It is erasing everything that has to do with money,
And it allows me to start over.
I start over.
I start from scratch.
I accept it.
I choose it.
I believe it.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I feel,
See,
Sense,
That since I am now in this deep communion with my own higher consciousness,
I set my intent once more.
I speak with my own higher consciousness and ask for what I want.
I say,
I ask and intend to receive,
Attract,
Create experience,
Joy,
Love,
Feeling at peace,
Feeling,
Seeing abundance all around me,
Feeling calm and trust.
I ask to experience.
And please have your own conversation now.
A conversation between you and you,
The human you and the higher consciousness you.
Ask for what you want.
And I ask to trust you.
I ask to feel joy and love and support and guidance every step along the way.
I ask to be supported.
I ask to be in deep communion and communication with you.
And I ask to trust,
To trust and allow.
I ask to allow you to bring all the experience to me that are aligned with my highest good and my highest purpose.
