Good evening everyone and welcome to Enchanted Whispers with Aveline Grove.
I am your host Aveline and I am so excited about this total lunar eclipse in Virgo.
So without further ado let's begin.
Take a slow deep breath in and exhale gently through the mouth.
Again inhale through the nose drawing the breath into the belly and exhale releasing the day.
Allow your shoulders begin to soften.
Feel your jaw unclench.
Allow your awareness to settle into your body.
You are now entering an eclipse portal.
The liminal space where past present and future touch.
At 3 33 a.
M eastern time on March 3rd the moon slips gently into earth's shadow.
Initiating the total lunar eclipse in Virgo.
Three is the number of creation alignment and divine communication.
Triple three is a doorway a signal of spiritual activation a reminder that body mind and spirit are aligning.
This is the last total lunar eclipse until the new year's blood moon of 2028.
It is a rare threshold a karmic turning.
Before we step into this field I want to invite us to prepare the space.
If you are able I invite you now to come to a standing position in your space.
And for this we are going to call in the elements in a traditional Norse circle of protection.
We begin facing the north so if you are unsure where north is in your space there are two ways that you can find it.
The first would be to think of your home and where the sun rises in your environment.
That sun rises in the east so if you can find that direction all you would do is then turn to the left and you'll be facing north.
If you're unsure of which direction the sun rises from in your area you could download a free compass app on your phone and allow it to guide you.
So I invite you to pause find north and then come back.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Feel the weight of your body.
Feel the subtle shift as you prepare to enter sacred space.
If you're unable to stand I invite you to in your mind send your energy and your awareness into the directions as we move through.
Turn your body to face the north and we will begin.
We will start with casting algeas in the four directions.
In this Norse tradition the circle is not drawn it is called.
It begins in the north and moves clockwise through east,
South,
And west.
Each direction opens through algeas.
Algeas is the rune of protection,
Sovereignty,
And connection to the unseen.
Here in this opening your body becomes a living representation of the rune itself and your very presence becomes the circle.
So face the earth.
Imagine roots coming out of your feet and extending down through the surface that you're or standing on.
Feel your body held here by the earth and then raise your arms overhead forming a Y shape.
Open your palms to the sky,
Your elbows soft and your chest lifted.
Allowing yourself to become an antenna,
A channel between worlds.
And call silently or out loud if you're able,
Algeas.
And then you wait for a sign,
A sign that the north has arrived.
It may be a falling back sensation or rocking on your heels.
You may feel a rush of energy.
You may see a symbol or a vision of the north.
Here in the north this is the sign of air.
And when you feel it,
Repeat,
Hail and welcome,
Algeas of the north.
Hail and welcome.
And turn to face the east for element of fire.
Raise your arms again in the sign of algeas.
And when you feel it arrive,
Hail and welcome,
Algeas of the east.
Hail and welcome.
Turning now to face the south,
The element of earth.
Arms up,
Algeas.
And once you feel an arrival,
Hail and welcome,
Algeas of the south.
Hail and welcome.
Turning to face the west with the element of water,
Lifting your arms to the sky.
Algeas.
And once you feel the arrival of the energy,
Hail and welcome,
Algeas of the west.
Hail and welcome.
Turning back to face the north,
Crossing your arms left over right and turning three times in the same directions to open the energy.
And with that,
The circle is open.
Your space is hailed.
You are protected,
Guided,
And ready.
I invite you to grab a journal or a pen,
Something to write with and something to write on as you may want to take notes as we go through this.

I invite you to be aware and present of anything that comes through for you.
Any thoughts or ideas that begin to enter your mind,

There are no accidents.
At the edge of this circle,
A presence stands,

She is not here to be worshipped.
She is here as a witness,
Guide,
And mirror.
She stands at the eclipse gate as the one who reveals what has been hidden beneath the waters and turns the soul towards the shoreline it was always meant to reach.
This eclipse is part of the Virgo-Pisces cycle that is unfolding from September 2024 to February 2027.
Eclipses tell multi-year stories.
This is one chapter in your initiation arc.
Last month,
February 17th,
We had a solar eclipse that activated the North Node.
This was pulling us towards the future,
The unfamiliar,
And the becoming.
This lunar eclipse aligns with the South Node.
The South Node is the place of endings,
Karmic patterns,
And release.
So in February,
You were shown where you are going,
And now you are being shown what must be laid down to get there.
Notice what is completing and closing,
What feels like a chapter quietly ending.
This Virgo is where the moon is,
And the sun is in Pisces,
Which creates this balance of a sacred holding.
Virgo rules our routines,
Health,
Work,
Systems,
And the mind.
Pisces,
Our ruler of spirituality,
Intuition,
Dreams,
Compassion,
The infinite.
This eclipse asks,
Where are you out of balance between structure and surrender?
Too much Virgo,
You may become rigid,
A perfectionist,
Micromanagy,
Worry.
Too much Pisces looks like chaos,
Escapism,
And disillusion.
This is an invitation into practical mysticism,
Where we bring the divine into your daily life.
What does that look like?
For me,
I have felt this very strong Freya pull,
Which is why we are talking about her tonight.
And as a result of that,
I have pulled out my runes,
And I keep them here at my desk.
And part of bringing some practical mysticism,
I pull one every morning when I start my day to see what energy is showing up for me and what that looks like.
Today,
I pulled,
Let me grab my little paper here,
Degas for day or dawn.
And that was for light,
Enlightenment,
Clarity,
Awakening,
Intuition,
Well-being,
Breakthrough,
Awareness,
Clarity,
A time to plan,
A time to embark,
Growth,
And release.
And obviously there was no plan this morning that I would be doing this tonight,
But here we are,
And I think that's pretty fitting.
So little things like that are ways that you can invite the mystic into your everyday life.
Virgo is ruled by Mercury.
Mercury is the planet of thought,
Language,
And consciousness.
This escape,
Escape,
This eclipse eliminates negative self-talk,
Mental loops,
Subconscious criticism,
The not good enough voice.
You may begin to notice these showing up more often.
This is your mind rewiring.
So as these begin to show up,
It's your chance to escape them.
It's your chance to be aware of them,
Tune in on them,
And change the pattern.
You may decide to set reminders for yourself.
Where's my mind in this moment?
To catch the loop and interrupt it.
Speak something kinder and truer and more expansive into your energetic field in that moment.
Virgo helps us refine,
Pisces helps us dissolve,
And together they teach compassionate precision.
The eclipse is especially potent for those of us with planets or points between 8 and 18 degrees of Gemini,
Virgo,
Sagittarius,
And Pisces,
Those mutable signs.
So I would invite you to take a look and see if you have any planets or placements in those.
If this is you,
It may feel more pivotal,
A nudge,
A push,
A cosmic prompt towards even greater alignment.
This month,
This moment,
This threshold,
Jupiter is also trine with Mercury.
This brings about future vision,
Expanded ideas,
Awakened consciousness.
Beginning to see beyond the linear story of your life.
Saturn and Neptune are in Pisces,
Bringing about the dissolution of illusion,
Reality checks with a soft heart,
Compassion with boundaries.
Here we also have Mars square Uranus,
A time for liberation,
Defiance.
This is where you get to defend your truth.
You don't have to shrink for anyone,
You don't have to fit into someone else's box,
And you don't have to follow rules that aren't fitting for you and your becoming.
Mars conjunct Sedna here is even more of this metamorphosis.
It's about old survival stories coming to the surface,
Where we need the discernment for what is real and what we're still holding on to from the past that is no longer real for us.
This is a time where there may be a lot of information coming in.
And just because you're receiving all of it doesn't mean that it's all true.
This is where your need for discernment really comes into play.
You may feel some emotional revelations as all of these energies come together.
Something that has been building beneath the surface now is ready to be expressed.
You may no longer be able to be quiet.
The emotional truths,
The confessions,
The realizations,
Turning points in our relationships,
No matter what relationship.
This could be friendships,
It could be work relationships,
It could be family,
It could be romantic partnerships,
But all relationships there could be a turning point.
An awareness of what is misaligned for you in your life,
In your path.
These feelings can be very dramatic,
Amplified,
And overwhelming.
But that doesn't change the fact that they are very real.
This is emotional honesty as initiation.
Be gentle with yourself during this time.
Give yourself the space and the time to really feel what you're feeling and to ask yourself the hard questions.
I want to share with you something that showed up for me in my life,
And I think it's pretty fitting for the energy here.
So as I share this,
I just invite you to think of stuff that's going on in your own world.
And see if any of it relates,
If there's any parts of it that you may relate to.
So this week,
A story arrived for me in four parts.
The first was a churro spread.
Then there was the whisper of Freya,
Which is when I pulled out my runes.
There was a sudden pull towards the north to visit Norway and Sweden.
And then I began the astrology writing for this month to open this threshold,
To share the message of what was coming through.
And I began speaking and seeing a lot of tides shifting beneath the body and a shoreline calling,
Like a pulling in a different direction.
Only after looking at all four of these and how they fit together,
I realized that it wasn't four separate moments,
But it was one story being told in four languages.
Something demanding my attention.
The churro,
The myth,
The travel,
And the astrology.
They were all describing the same archetypal movement,
This timeline turning.
A destiny thread tugging at me.
And then the goddess Freya stepping forward as a guide.
This truly is part of how I just live my life from an intuitive living standpoint.
But oftentimes,
There is stories that are forming beneath the surface that I don't notice until it's after they're already assembled.
So I'm going to share with you the card poll that I did.
And it was the Knight of Cups,
The Ten of Pentacles,
The Strength card,
Six of Swords,
King of Cups,
And Four of Swords.
As I looked at these cards,
I began to see this narrative.
It was less about a specific person and more about the inner journey of learning how to love yourself without losing yourself.
And I think it mirrored a lot of the internal,
Really emotional work of reparenting the tender parts of the self,
Untangling some inherited patterns,
And stepping more fully into sovereign relationships with the heart.
The Knight of Cups was about opening the heart again and riding into this energy that is coming up.
Here in the card,
The knight is mounted on a white horse and moving forward with a cup extended.
Yes,
The armor is on,
Protected and shielded.
And I kept getting from the past,
Like you've learned many lessons that you don't want to repeat again,
And this is your way of protecting yourself.
But in this moment,
You're willing to do so with an open heart.
And so you're really holding out,
Almost like extending the olive branch.
And then the Ten of Pentacles.
So as you extend that olive branch,
You're doing so because you long for stability,
Safety,
And true partnership that's more about building a legacy.
You're seeking something real that goes deeper than surface level.
You begin to realize that in order to gain maturity of yourself and your relationships,
You have to release some of your fears.
And some of those are past their due date.
The Ten of Pentacles is an earth element card,
Asking you to ground down,
To put down some roots in the present moment,
To calm the chaos of the stories and all of those things swirling around in your mind and just be present here where you are.
Then the Strength card,
The Lion,
Coming in so that you can encounter your own inner strength.
You kneel,
You breathe,
You soften.
This is more of the quiet courage where you're staying open,
Even though it may be scary.
And as you hear those voices,
You breathe through them,
Not through force,
But through acceptance.
The Six of Swords come in as the crossing.
You step onto the boat,
Ready to move from one shore to the other.
Here,
Your divine masculine is who has to step up to really push you forward,
To give you the momentum to move.
It's a really protective force here in this time,
Protecting your inner child and your feminine to carry you through this moment.
The King of Cups takes the throne on the other shoreline where emotional sovereignty comes in.
You feel deeply,
But you're no longer consumed by it.
You're able to hold compassion without the self-betrayal,
And you're able to love without drowning in the tide of feeling and emotion.
When you sit on the throne,
You realize that it was always meant for you,
That you were at peace with your emotions,
And you're able to allow them to flow through you rather than something you feel like you have to overcome.
And then at the end of the journey,
The Four of Swords is there,
Inviting you to take the sacred rest,
A temple where your inner war gets to end,
That lion gets to sleep,
The boat is docked,
And the throne is occupied.
The healing doesn't always have to be dramatic.
Sometimes it's in those quiet moments when the nervous system finally gets to exhale,
Where you get to release and really feel that release and soften.
This is what I felt was the soul's arc through this eclipse season.
So I would invite you to,
If you're looking for some journal prompts,
To write about what feels misaligned for you.
Allow yourself to just write freely without any real thought,
Any judgment about what you're putting on the paper,
And see what shows up.
And then if you're looking for some journal prompts,

The first would be,
What routines no longer serve my becoming?
The second,
Where do I overemphasize control or surrender?
The third,
What emotional truth is asking to be expressed?
And the fourth,
What does sacred balance look like in my daily life?
Eclipses magnify emotions and reveal hidden truths.
They illuminate and obscure all at the same time.
So you may feel moments of clarity and then confusion.
This is all part of the initiation.
Over the next few weeks,
Revelations will unfold.
And for now,
I would encourage you to just sit back and relax.
I invite you to witness,
Release,
And rest.
