We're going to take a moment to just settle in and get comfortable.
This meditation meant to help relax the body and the mind.
This meditation specifically to help you fall asleep.
Adjusting the head and the neck.
Rotating the wrists,
The ankles.
Opening up the chest,
Lowering the shoulders.
Maybe finding a pillow for between your knees.
Allowing yourself to feel completely comfortable in adjusting the body throughout this meditation as often as you need.
Until you find that nice,
Comfortable,
Sweet spot where you feel safe,
Secure and uniquely comfortable however you may need.
Allowing this gentle comfort is good.
It's healthy for your mind,
Your body and even your spirit.
To get to know yourself enough to know exactly what you need in this moment to feel completely comfortable.
Beginning to take a nice deep breath.
And releasing fully.
Releasing from the day,
From the hour,
From the week,
The month,
The year.
Allowing a few deep breaths here.
And then just fully breathing in this new,
Peaceful energy.
And exhaling any stressors,
Anxiety,
Worry or concerns.
Knowing that they will pass through you.
Gently running off the body and out with every cycle of inhale and exhale.
And know at any point in this meditation you can take that nice,
Deep,
Long breath.
And as you begin to breathe and find your own body's natural rhythm of the breath.
You begin to see beautiful colors swirling as you inhale.
And as you exhale you see the colors begin to dance.
Your very breath moving the colors.
This is a healing light swirling around you.
A healing,
Protective light.
This light is filled with peace.
This light is filled with compassion.
This light says I am secure and safe.
I listen to only my positive inner voice.
I am thankful for all that I have.
I can ask for help when I need it.
I am loved and very lovable.
My feelings are valid.
I can choose how to think about my life.
With this healing light we don't need to pay this close attention to these words.
It's allowing this healing light and these words to take us further,
More deeply.
Relax.
And taking us inside our inner mind where our soul speaks.
Our inner mind.
And with the best of all abilities we begin to see ourselves walking along the field.
Hearing the birds.
Looking up and seeing the trees.
We hear the water close by.
So we begin to walk deeper until we find a small grove of trees.
And as we walk closer and down the path we see a light of an opening of the trees.
We're seeing the sturdy trees as they stand tall.
Seeing the sweet animals as they give us gifts.
A powerful light and energy connecting with our spirit simply as we walk.
As we reach the small opening we see now a deeper,
Larger water.
Looking down at the ground and seeing our feet and moving our shoes.
And allowing ourselves to walk closer to the water.
Beginning to see that there's something very different about this water.
The water seems to sparkle and shimmer.
Walking closer and allowing this water to touch the tip of our toes.
And as we see the water rising up and receding back.
We see that shimmer left from the tips of our toes.
Gently moving closer into the water.
A shimmer now at the hole of the foot.
And again inching closer.
That shimmering with the anklets rising slowly at the calf.
A shimmer.
The water is welcoming.
And securing.
Beginning to feel grateful and thankful for this situation.
Yourself.
Drawing even closer into the water.
Allowing the whole body to be submerged to this beautiful,
Healing water.
And wrapped in shimmer.
Peacefully.
Receiving forward.
And releasing from the body a cleansing energy.
And bringing awareness to the physical body.
Wherever you are right now.
And feeling the support from the ground beneath you.
You are being held.
Firmly.
The more you surrender.
Releasing the body.
And opening the mind.
Your spirit is strong.
I am safe.
I see myself free from harmful thoughts and feelings.
I pay attention to my thoughts.
And behave in a healing manner through this situation.
I can share myself.
I deserve to be gentle towards myself.
I want to experience all of my emotions.
I am not.
Finding yourself back in the water.
The water at your shoulder.
At your waist.
In the waters that you truly love.
There.
You don't have to.
You can just remain as you are.
They remain here.
Right here.
Waiting.
With open arms.
To welcome.
Accept you.
Anything.
To see your loved one.
To look in their eyes.
The animals.
The people.
The angels.
I am closer to this waterfall.
You are seeing now.
This is more than just water.
The color.
The texture.
The texture of life.
Filled.
With life.
You drop closer to it again.
As this waterfall.
Crouches over you.
The crown of the head.
And your chin and face.
Allowing this water.
Over the shoulders.
Down to the face.
The chest.
And over the head.
