We're going to start by relaxing the body,
Very simple steps,
Opening up the chest,
Releasing the shoulders,
Gently rolling the neck,
Breathing in through the nose and exhaling out a nice heavy sigh.
You've already done an amazing job by taking this moment,
Taking this slight,
Subtle,
Simple,
Gentle control for your life.
It is sacred to pause life for yourself.
It is sacred to your inner thoughts,
To your inner soul.
Your body has been speaking to you.
And in these moments of quiet solitude,
You are ready to listen.
Simply saying inside the mind,
I hear you body,
I am here with you now.
I hear you body,
Here with you now.
As simple as this sounds,
This is both soothing and healing for our bodies.
Sitting with the body now,
Again releasing your shoulders,
Checking back in,
Making sure that you are comfortable,
Making sure that this is a sacred time and place,
With a sacred rest,
Having a private location,
Where you are uninterrupted,
Where you can surrender and breathe heavily into the body,
Finding a spot that's comfortable for you to lie down,
Or sitting back comfortably in a chair,
Feeling the back of the head,
Straightening the neck and holding your head up high,
The chin slightly elevated.
You are a divine,
Worthy being.
You are filled,
And still releasing those shoulders,
Elongating that neck,
Feeling the spine in between the shoulder blades,
Down the back,
Past the navel,
The pelvis,
Right at the base,
At the tailbone,
Surrendering the body deeper here.
Allow yourself to sit,
With any wave of emotion you may be experiencing,
To feel these emotions,
As gentle as these waves,
As they move your body,
Beginning to see a beautiful light,
As you pay attention to this light,
It becomes larger,
More apparent,
Taking another nice,
Deep breath,
Without these holes and cracks,
Extends further now,
Because of this heartbreak,
Because of where my heart is broken,
For this life,
For its expansion,
What beats through our hearts,
Love,
This loss,
And exhaling it into my environment,
Creating more love,
Love into the belly,
Digesting the emotions that are hard to process,
Simply by breathing.
I know sometimes it feels like you can't handle it,
And I'm sorry,
And I'm sorry.
Breathing in a full,
Deep breath,
And with this next breath as we breathe in,
Breathing in for 3 counts,
And exhaling for 6,
Helping this light push all excess energy,
And pushing this positive light into the auric plane,
Both legs,
And of the soles of the feet.
