They're like the emotional climate that we carry around,
Shaping how we perceive the world.
And practice emotions and states become traits.
And traits are the core ingredients of you.
It's like the personality spices that give us our own unique flavor.
So are you naturally outgoing or are you more introverted?
Do you tend to be super organized and onto it or are you a go-with-the-flow kind of person?
These traits are the deep-rooted parts of who we are.
They're like our personal signature dishes and they're defining our responses to situations and guiding our behavior.
Have you ever noticed how practiced emotions and states can transform into traits,
Becoming integral parts of who we are?
It's a really fascinating journey where repeated experiences,
Often unconscious,
Can deeply embed certain emotional states or survival patterns into our very physiology.
