Welcome to embodying the new you.

In this practice,

We're focusing on truly embodying the next evolution of you.

Anchoring in the new energy and qualities that you've been cultivating that are most authentic to the truth of your being.

So welcome.

Let's find a comfortable seat.

You're invited to close your eyes and take a few deep grounding breaths.

Feel yourself relax and let go with each exhale.

Beginning to release anything that doesn't serve the new you.

As you breathe,

Visualize this new you coming forward.

The one who aligns with your purpose.

The one who walks with confidence and ease.

Picture this self already embodying the traits,

Beliefs,

And values you've been connecting with.

Begin to imagine how this version of you moves,

Speaks,

And shows up in every part of their life.

Now let's add in some affirmations to reinforce this energy.

You're welcome to silently repeat after me or say these words aloud if that feels more powerful.

I trust myself completely and live with clarity and intention.
