Welcome to this meditation and breathwork practice for decluttering emotional and mental habits that no longer serve you.

Making space for clarity,

Peace,

And alignment.

Find a comfortable seated position or lie down in a space where you can feel relaxed and supported.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely.

Hold it for a moment at the top,

Then exhale slowly through your nose,

Releasing tension.

Hold it for a moment at the top,

Then exhale slowly through your nose,

Letting your body fill with breath.

Pause.

Exhale fully,

Letting go of any stress or worry.

One more time,

Inhale through the nose,

Pausing at the top.

Exhaling,

Letting go of the mouth.

Now allow your breath to find a natural,

Steady rhythm,

Bringing your awareness to your body.

Notice how it feels to simply be still and bring your full attention to this moment.

Now place one hand gently over your heart and the other over your belly.

Begin to breathe deeply,

Directing each inhale to the area around your heart and then drawing it down to the belly.

As you exhale,

You'll release the belly,

Release the area around the heart.

Inhale the breath into the heart,

Into the belly.

Exhale,

Softening belly,

Softening the heart.

As you breathe in,

Imagine drawing in clarity,

Calm,

Light.

As you exhale,

Consciously release any emotional tension or heaviness.

Release any emotional tension or heaviness stored in your heart and body.

Inhale deeply into your heart space,

Into the belly,

Drawing in light.

Exhale slowly,

Releasing any old emotional habits,

Reactions,

Or patterns.

With each breath,

Feel yourself softening.

Allow any emotional clutter to rise to the surface.

Feelings that may have been stored away.

Acknowledge these emotions without judgment.

And on the exhale,

Let them dissolve and release.

Now shift your focus to the mind.

Begin to notice any mental chatter,

Repetitive thoughts,

Or worries that may be taking up space.

As you continue to breathe,

Picture your mind as a clear,

Open space,

Like a sky.

The thoughts are like clouds that pass through,

But they do not define you.

Inhale deeply,

Drawing in mental clarity and stillness.

Exhale,

Let go of any lingering thoughts.

Let go of any lingering thoughts,

Judgments,

Or beliefs that clutter your mental space.

If a thought arises,

Simply acknowledge it and let it float away,

Like a cloud drifting across the sky.

You are welcome to label it thinking,

Thinking,

And then let it go.

As you continue this breath work,

Visualize your mind becoming clearer,

More open.

Now bring to mind an emotional or mental habit that you feel has been holding you back.

It might be a reactive emotional pattern,

A self-doubt,

Or belief about yourself or the world.

See it in your mind.

See it in your mind's eye,

And imagine it as a knot or block in your energy field.

With your next inhale,

Visualize light filling your energy field,

Untangling the knot.

And as you exhale,

Release the old habit,

Letting it dissolve and leave your body.

Inhale clarity,

Peace,

Freedom.

Exhale old emotional and mental patterns,

Releasing what no longer serves you.

And continue this process for a few more breaths,

Feeling lighter and more open.

With each exhale,

You are clearing space for new supportive habits to take root.

As you sit with this newfound sense of lightness,

Repeat this affirmation silently or aloud.

Feel the power of these words resonate in your heart and mind.

You are creating space for peace and clarity to flow into your life.

Take a few more deep,

Intentional breaths.

Inhale deeply,

Filling yourself with peace and presence.

Exhale fully,

Letting go of any last bits of tension or clutter.

And when you're ready,

Bring your awareness back into the room.

Become aware of your fingers,

Your toes,

Your body in space.

Create some gentle movement.

And when it feels right,

Open your eyes.

You've created space for clarity and emotional freedom today.

Carry this sense of lightness with you,

Knowing that you have the power to release what no longer serves you and embrace the habits that uplift and support your well-being.
