Welcome to recognizing your current story and rewriting it.

In this practice,

We're going to focus on something powerful,

Your story.

The story you tell yourself about who you are and what's possible for you,

Well,

It shapes everything in your life.

So let's take a moment to get comfortable.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Inhale deeply,

And as you exhale,

Let go of any tension in your body.

Bring your awareness to this moment,

Fully present.

Now I want you to reflect on one of the bigger stories you've been telling yourself about your life.

We all have one or two.

It's the narrative that runs through our minds,

Often unconsciously.

What does your current story have to say?

As you tune in and listen in,

Is there a main narrative that is rising up?

What does your current story have to say about you?

Is it a story of limitation or possibility?

Does it empower you,

Or does it keep you playing small?

Perhaps your story is one of struggle,

Where no matter how hard you try,

Things never seem to go your way.

Or maybe it's a story of self-doubt,

Where you question your worth or your ability to achieve your dreams.

Whatever your story,

Recognize it now,

No judgment,

Just awareness.

Now I want you to imagine that your story is written in the sand before you.

See the words clearly.

These words may feel familiar,

But remember,

They're just words.

They don't define your future.

And as you watch,

There are waves coming in towards the sand.

With each breath,

Begin to erase the words of your old story as the waves come in and wash the words away.

Feel the lightness as you let go of these old narratives.

Watch the waves create space for something new.

Now with the sand before you clear,

Imagine you have a piece of driftwood in your hand.

You get to write a new story.

What would you like it to say?

What inspiring story would you write for yourself?

Maybe your new story is one of courage,

Where you overcome challenges and step into your true potential.

Perhaps it is a story of abundance,

Where you attract the opportunities,

People,

And experiences that support your highest good.

Take a few moments to write this new story in your mind,

Watching it appear in the sand.

Notice how this new story makes you feel.

Breathe into the feeling of possibility,

Power,

And joy that comes with this new narrative.

This is the story you'll carry with you moving forward.

You have the power to rewrite your story at any moment.

And today,

You've begun that process.

Take a final deep breath,

Letting the feeling of your new story settle into your being.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and know that this new narrative is already shaping your future.
