Welcome beautiful soul.

Today you and I will rewire your heart-brain coherence permanently.

Allow me to start with a promise from me to you.

If you take the time in a quiet space to follow my guidance your life will change.

After this meditation you will find improved mental clarity,

More energy,

Stronger intuition and you will find yourself to be more present and at peace.

So,

This is my promise to you.

Let us get started.

Find a comfortable position and allow your eyes to close gently.

Let the weight of your body settle,

Nothing to achieve,

Nothing to force.

Begin with a breath pattern that steadies the entire nervous system.

Inhale slowly through the nose for 7 seconds.

Hold the breath softly for 5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Exhale through the mouth for 8,

As if blowing through the straw.

Continue at your own pace.

Each inhale gathers strength.

Each pull steadies the mind.

Each long exhale signals safety.

Let this rhythm guide you into calm.

Bring your attention to the top of your head.

Notice your forehead.

Soften the space between your eyebrows.

Let the muscles around your eyes release.

Relax your jaw.

Slide your awareness down the neck and shoulders.

Let heaviness fall away on your exhale.

Move through the arms,

The hands,

The fingertips.

Return to the chest.

Feel the gentle rise and fall.

Scan down the abdomen,

The hips,

The thighs,

The knees,

The shins,

The ankles,

The feet.

Allow each part be acknowledged without judgment.

Your body responds to awareness like soil responds to water.

Shift your attention now to the rest of your mind.

Thoughts may appear.

Memories,

Plans,

Fragments of images.

Let them drift across your awareness the way clouds move across the sky.

You don't need to change them.

You don't need to follow them.

Simply watch.

If a thought tries to pull you in,

Gently say,

I see you,

And return to the breath.

Inhale seven,

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Hold the breath softly for five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Exhale eight.

As if blowing through this straw,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

You're teaching your brain how to rest without shutting down.

Bring a hand or both hands to your heart.

Feel the warmth there.

Feel your own presence meeting itself.

Imagine a small,

Steady light glowing gently inside the heart space.

Soft,

Golden light.

Warm,

Comforting.

With each inhale of seven seconds,

The light grows a little brighter.

With the five-second hold,

It stabilizes.

With a long eight-second exhale,

It expands.

Let this light fill the entire chest.

Let it soothe places that feel tender.

Let it bring ease to parts of you that have been guarded.

Imagine a soft,

Energetic root extending downward from your feet or spine into the earth.

It travels through layers of soil and stone until it reaches a place that feels ancient and stable.

Your next inhale,

Allow a gentle wave of earth energy to rise upward,

Up the torso,

And finally into the heart.

Let it settle there,

Warm,

Supportive,

Grounded.

Now,

We awaken the vibration of the heart.

Take a deep inhale for seven seconds.

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

And on the long exhale for eight seconds,

Release a gentle hum,

A soft,

Allowing the vibration to resonate in your chest.

Feel the hum moving inside the heart.

Feel the warmth it creates.

Feel the inner echo of your own sound.

You can hum out loud or silently within your body.

The body responds either way.

Again,

Inhale.

Hum on the exhale.

Let the vibration become a warm,

Steady tone.

One more time,

Let the heart feel the resonance of your presence.

Now,

Imagine that the humming tone becomes a wave of gentle energy.

With your next inhale,

Gather the warm heart light.

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Hold for five.

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

And as you exhale,

Hum for eight.

Send the energy upward from the heart into the throat.

Gently draw your tongue back towards a soft palate,

Opening space at the back of the throat,

As if creating a smooth corridor for the energy to rise.

On the next inhale,

Feel the energy lift from the throat into the center of the forehead,

Your intuitive center.

Pause for five,

Four,

And as you exhale,

Let the vibration reach the crown of your head.

The soft column of light connects heart,

Throat,

Mind,

And crown.

Now let it sweep downward.

Inhale,

Gather the light at the crown,

The third eye,

The throat,

Back into the heart.

We will do two full upward and downward sweeps.

Heart to throat to third eye to crown to heart.

Sweep two.

Heart to throat to third eye to crown to heart.

Each sweep strengthens emotional clarity.

Each sweep rewires the path between your heart's wisdom and your mind's insight.

Each sweep restores trust in your own inner guidance.

Bring awareness to the spaciousness inside you,

The quiet,

The ease.

Do you feel it?

Silently repeat,

I return to myself.

I return to love.

My heart leads with clarity.

My mind follows with peace.

Let these words soften the whole system.

There is no urgency,

No pressure,

Only return.

Begin to bring awareness back to the outer world.

Feel the surface beneath you.

Notice the temperature of the air on your skin.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Take a final breath in for seven seconds.

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Hold for five.

Exhale for eight.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes slowly,

Carrying this coherence with you.

You can feel gratitude for yourself.
