Welcome dear soul,

Take a moment to honor yourself for choosing this time to connect with your inner self and the infinite source energy that flows through you.

You are a unique expression of creation,

Woven from the same energy that forms the stars,

The oceans,

The earth and all living beings.

You are in fact the creator,

The shaper of your own reality.

When you enter a flow state you allow your conscious mind to step back,

Making room for the subconscious,

The gateway to infinite potential and the connection to all that is.

Today you will step into this sacred space,

Aligning with your mind and heart with the gentle rhythm of alpha and low theta waves,

The frequencies of harmony and flow.

Let us begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Close those beautiful eyes and take a deep,

Nourishing breath in through your nose.

Hold it for 7 seconds and gently releasing it through your mouth for about 8 seconds.

We'll take 3 breaths together.

Breathe in through your nose,

Hold it and gently blow a stream of air out of your mouth like blowing on a straw.

Keep releasing it until your lungs are completely empty.

Another breath in through your nose,

Hold it and gently release it again through your mouth.

Until your lungs are empty.

One more time,

Breathe in through your nose,

Hold it.

Now feel the wave that your body is sinking into the surface beneath you.

With each exhale,

Allow any tension,

Stress or resistance to melt away.

Now bring your awareness to the crown of your head,

Which is the point where you connect to the universal energy.

Picture a warm light above you.

It's yellow,

White,

Glows and it moves its way down more and more into your chest.

Relax your shoulders,

Relax your chest,

Relax your jaw.

Come down through your shoulders and your arms and your hands.

Relax all those muscles in your belly,

Hold it,

Streams down through your sacral area,

Your hernia,

Relax your thighs,

Relax your upper leg,

Your lower legs,

Your ankle.

Now picture the number 3 right in front of you,

The number 3.

See it clearly,

Picture.

Now picture moving that number 3 into your heart space and storing it.

Next time when you get into a meditative state,

Imagine crawling into your heart space,

Picking up this number 3 where you left it.

See it right in front of you,

It automatically connects you to a deeper,

Relaxing state.

The more you practice it,

The more this becomes your reality,

Because remember,

You are the shaper of your own reality.

Now shift your focus back to your breath,

Notice how it moves naturally without any effort.

As you breathe,

Imagine each inhale is drawing in the creative energy of the universe and each exhale releases anything that no longer serves you.

Begin to count your breaths slowly and rhythmically,

1 as you inhale and 2 as you exhale.

Allow your breath to become softer,

Slower and deeper.

You can continue this until the count of 30 and I'll be back.

Now feel the spaciousness in your mind,

This is the space where the flow begins.

Gently guide your awareness deeper,

Imagine descending a staircase,

Each step taking you closer to a low beta state,

A state of infinite creativity and connection,

This is where you can shape your reality.

With each step,

Repeat silently in your mind,

I am the creator of my own reality,

I am connected to all that is.

Take your time.

When you reach the bottom of the staircase,

You find yourself in a peaceful sanctuary,

You're totally relaxed now,

All your muscles have relaxed,

There's no thought.

This is your sacred space of creation,

Within you,

You can always return to it.

Here,

You are free to explore,

To dream,

To relax,

To align with the universal flow of energy.

In this space,

Visualize yourself standing by a calm river,

The water is crystal clear,

Reflecting the golden light of your creation.

This river is fluid and connected.

Step into the river and feel it's gentle here and guiding you.

Feel the gentle water,

Not too cold,

Not too warm,

But touch your feet,

Your ankles.

Now it's guiding you,

It's not pushing you,

It's carrying you.

Lay down,

Perfectly aligned with your attentions,

You are one with the flow now.

As you move with the current,

Notice how your conscious mind begins to fade away into the background,

Thoughts dissolve,

Leaving only clarity and the present.

That's what flow is,

Being present in the moment.

Now,

Being in this state,

Repeat silently or aloud,

I surrender to the flow of life,

I trust my subconscious mind to guide me,

I am a creator,

Shaping my reality with ease and joy.

Feel the truth in these affirmations,

Let them sink deeply into your being,

Anchoring you in this state of limitless potential.

Take a moment to bask in this energy,

And notice you can always return to this flow state whenever you choose.

Gently bring your focus back to your breath,

Notice the rise and the fall of your chest,

The sensation of air entering and leaving your body.

Gently wiggle your fingers,

Gently wiggle your fingers,

Bring your awareness back to your physical body,

Slowly open those eyes of yours,

Burying them deeply connected to the source of all that is.

By entering a flow state you align with your true nature,

Allowing life to unfold effortlessly through you.

Here it is true that you always,

Instead boldly into the life you wish to create.
