It is recommended that in this visualisation you have access to colors (crayons, markers) and two pieces of paper. We will use color to tap deep into our center, uncovering sensations stored in the body. Through color and symbols, we are able to see what we feel and heal the story we tell ourselves. This restoration allows us to choose how we want to respond from a place of power and presence.

Hello my dears.

Today we're going to enter into our heart space in order to receive information at a deep conscious level.

We're going to do this using a few tools that will allow us to uncover information layer by layer.

At this time if you will please ensure that you have crayons,

Colored pens,

Or colored pencils,

And two pieces of paper,

Or even cardboard,

Or note cards would suffice.

If you do not have these items available you can always use your energy and your mind's eye to create these spaces through our visual meditation.

You may pause this video to grab your supplies as well.

Let's start by taking three deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Clearing our thoughts before we begin.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

Again,

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

One last time.

I'm pulling just a few more sips of breath at the top for this one,

Okay?

In through the nose,

A few more sips at the top,

Releasing out through the mouth.

Beautiful.

At this time you can access your mind's eye or a piece of paper.

I would like for you to grab two different colors,

Whichever colors you feel most pulled to you may access at this time.

You will place one of these colors into your left hand,

And the remaining color into your right hand.

Remove any cap or anything that would keep the pigment from going on to the paper and begin drawing with both hands and both colors simultaneously.

You can begin this process now.

Try not to pick up your pens.

Your pens keep moving intuitively,

And you can move through this process until you feel called to put the pens down.

I'll allow you some time.

One of the processes here is referred to as bilateral drawing.

This technique is helping our left hemisphere and our right hemisphere of our brain to come in contact and start a dialogue with one another.

In this space,

We are also becoming more present,

Letting go of our thoughts,

Daily tasks,

Or anything of the past that we'd like to correct.

We are bringing our body,

We are bringing our body,

Our mind,

And our spirit in one place,

And allowing for a communication to transpire.

Now,

Many of my private clients that see me,

We decode these messages at a more subconscious level.

There's a lot that can be said about the lines and the shapes that we create and what we see out of these mark makings.

However,

That is not the purpose of today's journey,

So you may admire this work and keep it close to you for the next week.

We're going to take one last breath in through the nose,

Out through the mouth,

And we're going to move on to our second paper.

This time,

Creating a circle on the page in front of us.

And again,

We can always access this energetically or in our mind's eye.

Within this circle,

I would like for you to create 8 pie slices.

So you can imagine 8 different triangles,

Much like a color wheel within this circle space.

One way I like to achieve this is by creating a cross,

Taking a line from the top of the inside of the circle to the bottom,

Taking a line from the top of the inside of the circle to the bottom,

And then from the left of the inside of the circle to the right,

And then allowing for two diagonals,

Everything meeting in that center point.

However you want to create these 8 pie slices is up to you.

There really is no right or wrong.

I'll give you a moment to do this.

Beautiful.

Now,

I'd like for you to access an emotion.

It's best if we go with the first emotion that comes up.

For me,

I was feeling a wave wave of serenity.

So I'll dip my hand into my colors and pull out a color that I feel best represents this emotion.

For you,

You may be accessing a different emotion.

I'd like for you to feel into this emotion a bit.

Ask it some questions.

Dip your hand into your colors and pull out the first one that feels right.

Look into your circle and color in a triangle with this color.

Now,

If you feel so called to,

You may label this slice knowing that whatever you name this emotion can change.

I'm going to label mine and color in my pie slice.

Now,

I'm going to add a symbol that reminds me of this emotion or this sensation.

The first thing that's coming to me is water.

I'll represent this through a series of blue curved and wavy lines.

And I'll put that on top of my colored in pie slice.

Pie slice.

Beautiful.

Now,

I'd like for you to direct your attention directly across from the colored in pie slice.

What is the opposite sensation of the named emotion you just encountered?

For me,

I labeled sensation,

Serenity.

For you,

You were maybe able to access something else.

What is the opposite and what would that feel like?

Maybe you can access a memory that held the opposite emotion so that you can really access what this feels like in your body or where you feel it in your body.

And I'd like for you to dip once more into your colors and pull out another color that represents the opposite of your first named emotion.

I'm really feeling a pull towards red.

So I'm going to start filling in the pie shape,

The triangle that's directly opposite of my first pie slice that I colored in.

And I'll ask that you do the same.

Now,

Can we name this sensation?

The opposite of serenity for me in this moment.

Maybe a sense of confusion,

A lack of clarity.

I'm going to label my red pie slice at this time and you may do the same.

And now once more,

I'm going to add a symbol for me.

I'm seeing an endless spiral,

A loop.

I'm going to draw this association on my lack of clarity pie slice.

As we honor these emotions and accept them and love ourselves anyways,

We can move back to the center point of our pie,

That place in the middle where everything meets.

And we can direct our attention to the left triangle that's in the middle of these two emotions.

Now accessing a past memory that has held these two emotions.

What is in the middle?

What have we been through?

Who have we been?

What have we accomplished being able to access these two emotions?

For me,

I have serenity at the top and I have confusion or lack of clarity at the bottom.

Wherever you chose to put your colors is indicative of where you are.

And again,

We can dive deeper into that at different sessions.

So what emotion is held in between this space?

For me,

I'm feeling when I'm teetering on the edge of two opposite emotions.

I tend to want to access a meditative state or a state of acceptance.

Not always agreeing with what's going on,

But being able to accept it.

So I'm going to pull from my colors once more and color in this in-between state and pie slice,

My third pie slice on the left side of my circle or wheel with the color that best represents acceptance for me.

And I'm going to ask that you do the same.

If at this time there's no clarity on what this emotion or sensation is,

You can just pull a color that you feel most drawn to.

Color in that space now,

Please.

I'm going to label mine acceptance and I'll now draw a symbol that holds that idea of acceptance for me.

Maybe today that looks like a heart.

A heart.

Beautiful.

This will be our final pie slice that we access together today.

You will have four remaining pieces that you can fill in throughout your day.

With this,

We'll take our attention back to the center of our circle.

Again,

Honoring where we've been and where we are.

Moving now to the opposite side or the right side of our wheel or circle or pie.

Accessing and imagining who we are,

Who we want to be.

Who we want to be.

We're imagining the opposite of the sensation of acceptance.

Noticing that this pie slice you're about to fill in is opposite of the emotion that you just colored,

But it's also held in between your first two sensations or emotions.

Bearing this in mind,

What sensation can be felt in this in-between state?

The left side of our body or field is often associated with what was or our past,

While the right side can be associated with who we are or who we want to become or what we desire.

However,

There are multiple ways to read our energies in this color field.

For today's purpose,

I'm feeling as if we can pull from what is here on our color wheel to really access what we need to in this moment,

As opposed to looking back or looking forward.

So with that,

I'm going to access what I feel is the opposite of acceptance.

And you may access what is the opposite of the emotion you last put down.

For me,

I'm feeling a sense of resistance.

Sometimes I have to enter into that sensation in order to understand that I must accept before I can receive.

At this time,

I'm going to draw from my colors once more and pull out a color that best represents resistance and color in that pie shape now.

And I'll ask that you do the same.

You may label this emotion or sensation and then add a symbol that best represents this feeling for you.

Resistance for me,

I'm just going to put a taut line,

A thick vertical line.

Almost reminds me of a string that can't be pulled.

Pulled.

Now bringing your gaze out of that emotion,

Zooming out and viewing your wheel of colors as a whole.

Noticing you have four shapes that represent four different sensations that you have accessed or are accessing now.

Seeing these emotions,

Hearing what they have done for you,

Accepting them,

And loving yourself back to the zero point in between all of these sensations is the essence of you.

The remembrance of who you truly are and what you came here here to accomplish throughout your day.

I encourage you to fill in the remaining four pie shapes using some of the techniques we accessed today or as you feel a new emotion surface or sensation.

Applying that to your chart so you can become aware of when you feel certain sensations and how you can use that as your power to access your center and make the best decision or choice for you in each and every moment.

May this bring you many blessings on your journey.

Thank you so much for spending this time with me today.
