Hello all,
And thank you so much for joining me.
Today I'd like for you to find a comfortable spot,
Somewhere where you will find peace for the next few minutes.
A quiet little place for just you,
For just a moment.
We're going to start by taking three deep conscious breaths,
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
With each breath,
We'd like to set the intention of letting go of energy,
Thoughts,
Or anything in the day that no longer serves for our highest and best.
And with each in-breath,
Allowing renewed energy to fill in.
With each in-breath,
I'd like to set the intention of allowing a higher vibration to enter and alchemize any unserving energy patterns or thoughts we have collected throughout our day.
With each out-breath,
We can imagine these unserving energies leaving the body.
Let's get started.
Deep conscious breath,
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Another breath,
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Final breath,
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
Beautiful.
Let's tune into our bodies for a moment.
Feeling where there may be build-up,
Resistance,
Pain,
Discomfort.
Tuning into that area.
Setting the intention of softening this area.
Without labeling or sending out investigative thoughts about how or why,
Just gently notice the area.
And let's take another deep conscious breath,
Imagining this area filling up with air.
And on the out-breath,
Releasing the tension,
Letting go of the discomfort,
And feeling this area soften as we breathe into it.
We'll take a few moments now to tune into some of the areas in our body where we may feel a resistance.
And we'll take our breaths to soften.
In through the nose.
Filling this area with breath.
Letting go.
Out through the mouth.
You can do this two more times.
You may keep your focus on the same area,
Or you can move to a new space in the body.
In through the nose.
Filling this area with space and breath.
Out through the mouth,
Letting go of anything that is no longer serving.
Last breath.
Tuning in to a different area or the same area within our body.
In through the nose.
And letting go out through the mouth.
Beautiful.
Tuning in to the whole of our bodies,
Holding a space of gratitude for what was,
What is,
And what will be.
As we feel our bodies soften a bit,
We can ask ourselves,
If energy were water,
Where would it flow?
If energy were water,
Where would it flow?
You may sit in silence for a moment and see if an answer arrives.
Okay,
If nothing comes through.
The intention is to allow for space to be created.
Or the in-between.
Before something enters.
You can start to visualize energy as water.
Starting at the top of our head,
The crown of our head.
Imagine a big golden globe of light pouring down into your body.
Imagine all these areas where there once was resistance.
Now there is flow.
Allowing this energy to flow all the way down.
Reaching your eyes or nose.
Going into your mouth,
Your teeth,
Your throat.
Moving into your heart space.
Reaching out to your arms.
Through your abdomen.
Through your abdomen.
Your pelvic.
Through your thighs.
Going down into your feet.
And now sensing the ground or the backing.
The area in which your body is placed.
Sensing if it's warm,
Cold.
Allowing this energy to flow even deeper.
Into Earth's core.
Holding space for your being.
For your body.
For your consciousness.
Beyond what we can even perceive.
Knowing that you are being held and energy is flowing through you.
And around you.
You may feel a sensation of tingling.
Joy.
You may take another deep conscious breath.
Pulling this energy in through your nose.
And expanding it out of your heart space.
In through your nose.
Imagine this energy flowing in and out through your heart.
Setting the intention with each new breath.
This energy is recycled.
And the vibration expands out of the neutrality.
Zero point.
And love from the heart space.
With each breath this energy is renewed.
And the vibration reaches its highest potency.
Allowing you to access your highest timeline.
Highest potentialities.
Touch.
Taste.
Feel.
Know.
Sense.
Where you are most aligned.
And what you need to be doing.
In order to fulfill your life's work.
Imagine a big beautiful green door.
Filled with luscious long vines growing out of it.
Visualize and sense any surrounding animals.
Insects.
Atmospheres.
That are coming in to your stream of thought.
Now open this door into your heart space.
And access the garden of your heart.
What do you sense?
If energy were water,
Where is it flowing?
Do you see any waterfalls?
Are you in a fauna?
A forest?
Are there any animals around?
Tune in to the visualizations or the senses that bring you the most peace.
The beauty here.
The feeling of flow.
This feeling that you don't have to know what was last or what's coming.
You feel safe in knowing that everything you are experiencing is for your highest and best.
You are tuned in to your inner workings and that is reflected around you.
You are the creator of this reality.
You hold the key to your heart and the answers to your present and future.
Right now in this moment.
You know everything you need to know to be healthy,
Successful,
Abundant,
Happy and at peace.
You start to see a guide,
A form or a light coming towards you.
This beautiful arrangement of energy is offering a gift.
This gift is a special symbol that's unique only to you.
To remind you when you are on the right path.
To remind you that you are aligned and have a birthright to joy,
Happiness,
Peace.
Taking another deep breath in through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Knowing that you are expanded.
Your field is clear.
