Hello all,
Thank you so much for joining me again today.
What a beautiful time to sit together and raise our vibration.
I'd like to first start with our breath,
Really using our life force to expand out and get more curious about the energies around us.
What vibrations are we breathing in and out?
Can we actively alter our vibration at any given moment?
We don't have to answer that right now.
You can hold an awareness there,
Observe that question.
And I'd like to now bring our awareness out of the logic brain and tune into our bodies.
For now,
Any unanswered questions,
Tasks,
Chores,
They can be set down and picked back up at a later time.
Let's get in a comfortable position.
This can be lying down or sitting up.
Our eyes can be slightly open,
Whatever feels comfortable to you.
You do want to hold an awareness in your body.
Sense the ground beneath you or the chair behind you.
And let's start by taking three deep conscious breaths.
In through the nose,
And out through the mouth.
Practice pursing your lips as if you were sucking through a straw so that the air coming out is controlled.
In through the nose,
And out through the mouth.
Last breath,
In through the nose,
And out through the mouth.
Feel the body relax.
Let any sensations go by observing them and not absorbing them.
Now I'd like for you to imagine your etheric rim surrounding the contours of your body.
You should be able to sense the lining of the rim about you.
What does this feel like?
Are there any visualizations,
Sensations,
Smells,
Even taste that are coming into your field as you sense this rim that is 12 inches above your crown?
Now take your mind's eye and follow the lining of this rim.
Should be oval shaped and again about 12 inches off of the body.
Follow your mind's eye on the rim all the way alongside your body.
Going down through your head space,
Your neck.
Sense the bottom of your feet.
Continue bringing your mind's eye back around the other side of the body.
You've done a complete circle of your etheric rim.
Go back into your memory of tracing the outline of your body.
Did you recognize any sensations as you went around your energy field?
Are there any sensations coming up now and if so,
Where are they?
We're going to practice taking a few deep breaths into those spaces,
Imagining them being filled with air and light and breathing them back out through our heart space.
Our center zero point access which allows us to filter out whatever is unserving into a state of neutrality so that what is reflected back to us we can observe without taking it personal,
Without attaching and therefore we can integrate the wisdom and move forth in our sovereign power.
Let's get started.
Find a sensation in your body that has arose through this experience and let's breathe into it imagining the space expanding with a light pink golden strand expanding and opening up this space as you breathe into it in through your nose bringing this strand and light looping out through your heart and expanding.
Let's do that two more times in the same area bringing this golden pink strand of energy into the sensation placed within our bodies in through the nose expanding this light looping it through our heart and bringing it out last time in through the nose and out through the mouth.
We can quickly repeat this practice if there is more than one part of our body that is sensing experiencing a sensation.
This practice can be done daily and take at the minimum two minutes to clear our auric field and expand out our tunnel of reality through neutrality and observation.
One of the most beautiful things about this practice is it allows us to get curious.
When we're curious we're in an open state.
Our field is not magnetized towards an expectation or an answer looking to filter or band-aid a sensation.
When we get curious we're open to what is and when we're open we can receive our truth and we can we are responding more and reacting less from this flow state from this observing state.
I'd like to take our attention into our solar plexus.
Is there a color?
Is it pulsing?
Is it spiraling?
Is it bright?
Is it dim?
Let's take a breath into this space in through our nose and out and let's ask our solar plexus a question.
This can be done out loud and let's start with a simple open-ended question.
One that's quite simple like how are you feeling today?
What does yes feel like in my body?
Try to remain in your body observing any thoughts that come in but gently tuning back into your solar plexus.
You may even rest your hand upon this area to help bring more awareness here.
We'll take a moment now to listen for anything that wants to come through.
I love this practice because it reminds us that this quiet little voice inside our bodies is always kind.
We'll always have nice things to say and we can access this part of ourselves anytime anywhere.
Let's clear our energy by breathing in through our nose and out through our mouth once and witnessing any changes in our sensations.
If there are any,
If you like you can take your eye around your egg opal-shaped etheric rim for a quick scan and see if you sense,
Feel,
Touch,
Taste anything different.
Take another deep breath in through your nose and out.
Thank yourself for taking this time to sit in a peaceful place and ask the well of all knowing within how you are doing.
And let's see what this process and practice brings into your reality today.
I love this practice.
I do it each and every morning to set my intention so that if I do sense something that feels like an alert or an alarm,
I'm able to quickly breathe into that space and loosen it,
Soften it.
So I try to not carry it with me and have it projected out into my reality for me to play with and learn from.
Sometimes those lessons must manifest outside of our energetic field so we can gain wisdom from the experience and that's okay.
But other times we can witness,
Breathe into that space,
Soften it so we can allow what needs to come through to come through and allow what needs to go out to go out.
So I do ask you practice this at least three times and I love when the students come back and have any stories you want to share through this experience or any slight changes that you witnessed in your body or in your reality.
