This body scan is designed to use light as a guide to sensing our truest emotions and where they are located in the body. We begin at the crown and work all the way down to our roots, using grounding technology to hold us in safety as we explore. This technique helps remind us that we have the power to choose what is best for us through the lens of compassion, nonjudgment, and confidence.

Welcome my dears.

Thank you so much for taking the time to honor yourself and your body and thank you so much for joining me on this journey.

Today we're going to embark on a body scan in order to locate where certain emotions live in our body.

We do this because it helps act as a dictionary.

We can sense when we are truly happy.

We can sense when there is danger.

We can use this as a guide.

Use this as an opportunity to make intentional choices in each and every moment in order to access our highest good at all times.

So at this time you may soften your gaze,

Sit down in a comfortable position or close your eyes and lie down.

Whatever feels most comfortable for you.

We're going to start taking three deep breaths.

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Let's start.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Again,

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Once more,

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Imagine a big,

Round,

Clean,

Globe of golden light spiraling down through Halcyon,

Our record keepers.

Spiraling down through our Sun.

Spiraling down into our planetary system.

Now coming through Earth's surface,

Earth's atmosphere and locating itself right above our crown.

Witnessing above our head a big,

Beautiful,

Golden globe of light.

Opening up our crown chakra and bringing this light through our head's surface.

Filtering in,

Transmuting,

Alchemizing any loose energy.

Getting a sense of what this feels like.

Bringing this light into our eyes.

What does our current reality look like?

Our perspective on our life?

Or even the space that we're in.

What does that look like?

Allowing the light to lead us and answering this question with truth.

Trusting your intuition as you know what your life currently looks like.

Moving this light down through our nose,

Out through our ears.

Noticing if we feel any tingling,

Any ringing.

Allowing the light to provide a sensation with this clearing.

Where could we listen more?

Where could we speak more?

Moving the light now down in our mouths,

Through our teeth,

Around our gums.

Clearing and alchemizing energy that no longer serves so we can hear using our full attention.

We can listen and respond in light and with our truth.

Moving the light down between our collarbones,

Entering into our high heart,

Sitting here and allowing affirmations to flow in.

I am worthy.

I am strong enough to carry myself and create safety within myself.

I walk towards the light for me and with those that support me.

Now taking this energy and moving it through your arms.

Imagining the light moving through your veins and your cells and your muscles down through your hands.

Thanking your hands for all they lend you each and every day.

Noticing any sensations here.

Where do you feel them?

Can you receive energies in your fingers?

What does that feel like?

You may even feel some warmth,

Some tingling.

Make note of this.

Bringing the light back up through your arms,

Into your chest,

Moving down into your heart and your lungs.

Allowing the light to make space.

Create space in your heart so that information can filter through in order for you to answer to life's opportunities with compassion,

Understanding,

And free of judgment.

Moving down now into your solar plexus,

Your powerhouse,

Right underneath your sternum.

Imagining energy full,

Bright,

And orange.

Notice which way it's moving,

How bright its light is.

Is it pulsating?

Is it spiraling?

Is it spiraling?

Make note of this.

Ask your solar plexus,

At this time,

What does happiness feel like?

What does happiness feel like?

Make note of this feeling or the words that came up for you,

The sensations,

Maybe just a knowing.

Reset your solar plexus by taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Now ask your solar plexus,

What does sadness feel like?

What does sadness feel like?

Holding yourself in light and in love,

Notice if you feel uncomfortable,

Where you feel uncomfortable.

Do any memories come up?

Make note of this.

There's always an opportunity to dive in,

To see what it is that we're afraid to feel,

And to make a choice.

Reminding ourselves that emotions are much like the weather.

They come and they go,

They change,

They evolve.

And sadness or tears are our body's natural response to relieving pain.

We will walk with ourselves.

Resetting our solar plexus now,

Taking another breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Thanking your solar plexus and your power center for helping you define what it is that these emotions carry for you so that you can make choices in your power.

Taking this light now and moving it into your solar plexus right above your belly button.

You see the big yellow energy of light igniting you in your power,

Enabling you to embody your highest self so that you can access what is best for you and make a choice in safety and in confidence when certain emotions come up and your heart asks you to take this opportunity to love yourself.

Moving this light moving this light down into your pelvic area,

In through your hip bones,

Opening up your root chakra,

And bringing this light down into earth's crest.

Reaching down into the middle of earth,

Holding on to Gaia,

Bringing this light all the way back up with a breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Expanding this light,

Being held in love,

Knowing that we can always access this safety,

Always access this light,

This love,

This connection.

Continuing to feel grounded and know we are safe.

We're able to bring this light now through our thighs,

Into our shins,

Calves,

Down to our feet,

Our toes,

Seeing and feeling the light encompassing our body,

Transmuting and alchemizing any energy that no longer serves,

Allowing us complete and full access to what we need in each and every moment.

Knowing this,

We take one last breath in through the nose,

Out through the mouth,

Thanking yourself for giving you time,

Thanking the earth for grounding you.

For grounding you.

If you're still receiving messages,

If you still need time to yourself,

You may remain until you feel pulled to start your journey outward.
