A 45-minute sleep meditation that guides you into deep, restorative rest through the ancient practice of yoga nidra. This gentle practice systematically relaxes your entire body, quiets your racing mind, and guides you peacefully into sleep. You'll journey through calming breath awareness, a complete body scan, a serene moonlit meadow visualization, and a soothing countdown that carries you deeper into rest with each number. The practice concludes with 15 minutes of peaceful music to support your transition into deep sleep. You don't need to stay awake or be "good at" meditation - simply follow the sound of my voice and allow yourself to drift. Falling asleep during this practice is not only allowed, it's encouraged.
