Take a moment to settle in and find a posture that feels comfortable and supportive for you.

You might choose to gently close your eyes or softly lower your gaze.

Allow yourself to arrive fully in this present moment.

Let's take one deep,

Cleansing breath together.

Inhale slowly through the nose.

And exhale gently through the mouth.

Letting go of any tension you may be holding.

In this moment,

I pause to acknowledge the abundance that surrounds me.

I am grateful for the gift of life for each breath that sustains me.

I give thanks for the love that envelops me and the connections that enrich my journey.

With a heart full of appreciation,

I embrace the challenges that teach and strengthen me.

May I continue to find joy in the simplest of moments and extend gratitude to all that is.

Now hold this feeling of gratitude,

This deep appreciation,

Close to your heart.

The quiet path back to gratitude is always open.

You need only pause and recognize the gift of this present moment.
