Welcome,
Beautiful souls.
My name is Tasha and I will be your sacred guide during today's meditation.
Take a moment to get comfortable and arrive fully here with me today.
Wherever you are in the world,
Allow yourself to feel the sacred presence of this present moment.
And as you listen,
You may hear the sound of water flowing in the background.
This meditation is being recorded in Bali,
An island long known as the island of the gods,
A place where spirituality is woven into daily life,
Where offerings of gratitude are placed on the earth each morning,
And where the elements of nature are honored as living sacred forces.
The flowing water you hear is not just sound.
Water is purification.
Water is renewal.
Water is remembrance.
And today,
We will allow the sacred energy of water to help us release what is heavy and return to the truth of who we are.
Gently close your eyes if that feels comfortable and take a slow,
Deep,
Steady breath in through your nose.
Hold it at the top and slowly exhale out through your mouth with a long sigh.
Do that once again with me.
Slowly,
Slow breath in,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
And slowly exhale out through your mouth with a long sigh.
Let that sigh release everything that you've been carrying from your day,
From your week,
From your month,
From your year,
From your lifetime.
Hold gently and exhale slowly.
Never be forceful with your breath.
With your breath,
Just know that where your attention goes,
Your energy flows.
Let your breath then return to its natural rhythm,
No forcing,
Just breathing.
Draw your awareness to the earth beneath you whether you are sitting in a chair,
Standing,
Or even lying down.
Notice the support being given to you from the earth right now.
Feel the connection holding you.
The earth holds all of us.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in and send gratitude to the earth.
Take another slow,
Deep breath in and send gratitude to your heart.
One last slow,
Deep breath in and send gratitude to the heavens above.
Allow your body to feel even heavier where you are sitting.
You do not have to hold yourself up right now.
You are totally supported all the way down.
Let your belly soften.
Let your jaw unclench.
Allow yourself to fall deeply into the rhythm of the surroundings that you hear today.
Allow it to regulate you.
Now,
If you would bring your awareness to your lower belly beneath your navel known as your sacral chakra.
This is the space of creativity.
This is a space where life begins.
This is where our lineage lives and carries on.
Not in the mind,
Not in stories,
Not in memory,
In our cells,
In our eggs,
In our tissues,
In our nervous system.
This is where your lineage lives.
For you were born,
Your mother carried the egg that would become you.
And while she was inside her mother,
That egg was already forming two,
Three generations in one body.
Take a slow,
Deep breath directly into this space.
Allow your belly to expand forward,
Sideways,
And even slightly into the back of your body.
And then slowly exhale.
Again,
Another inhale deeply into your lower belly.
Imagine your breath as warm salt water moving gently throughout this space around your organs,
Tissues,
Cells,
And even into the hidden crevices.
Exhale it out slowly and fully.
And with every inhale,
Allow your breath to move slowly throughout your womb space,
Rinsing,
Softening,
Creating space between what is yours and what was inherited.
If there is emotion here,
Let it move through you.
If there is numbness,
Let it be respected.
If there is warmth,
Let it spread.
And I will stay quiet for a moment as you take time to connect deeper within this space.
Repeat silently to yourself,
This body belongs to me.
I decide what stays and what goes.
And I no longer wish to carry that which is not meant for me.
Take one last slow,
Deep inhale into this space.
Then let it all go with an audible sigh,
Pushing that energy out to dissolve beneath the air around you.
Now,
If you would expand your awareness outward beyond your body,
Feel the energy all around Imagine your lineage standing behind you,
Your mother,
Her mother,
Her mother,
And the lineage continues.
Behind every woman standing behind you is your entire lineage,
Quiet,
Witnessing,
Present.
Silently ask yourself,
What did the women in my lineage have to do to survive?
Did they overwork?
Stay silent?
Swallow anger?
Carry emotional labor alone?
Dim themselves to feel safe?
Hold trauma in their bodies?
Notice where this lives in your body.
Is it in your shoulders,
Your chest,
Your heart?
Take a cleansing breath into that space and then exhale it out,
Intentionally letting it all go.
Now,
Imagine holding a small bundle in your hands.
This bundle represents your inherited survival patterns,
Perfectionism,
Over-giving,
Over-explaining,
Hyper-control,
Proving,
Unworthiness.
You are not rejecting them.
You are acknowledging their purpose.
Softly say to your heart,
Thank you for protecting us.
Now,
Mimic placing that bundle into the earth at your feet.
The earth receives it.
It transforms it.
Now,
Place your hands,
Palms facing upward.
Feel your palms soaking up the energy shining down above you.
Imagine it washing over you,
Into you,
Through you,
And as you,
Cleansing and clearing with its own direct precision,
Just by the mere intention of your mind.
Anything that is not aligned is now dissolving.
Anything that is truly yours remains.
Take advantage of this moment to fully connect.
Feel into what is happening.
Thank it.
Show it gratitude.
Have your moment with it.
Receive what is yours.
Release what is not yours.
Now,
Gently turn your awareness back towards the women standing behind you,
Your ancestors,
Your lineage.
Imagine the light and energy washing over them as well,
Helping to cleanse your full lineage of all that is no longer serving its best and highest good.
Then say softly to them,
I honor you.
I thank you.
I release what is complete.
You are free.
I am free.
We are free to evolve.
Then say your goodbyes to your ancestors and offer them gratitude in your own way.
Bring your awareness then back to the present moment,
Feeling the earth supporting you.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes and just keep your eyes closed for one more breath,
Feeling the steadiness inside of you,
Feeling the energetic shift that you have made and feel into the new space that you have consciously created inside of you.
When you're ready,
Acknowledge your blessings and give thanks for all you have released and received here tonight.
Then you may open your eyes and return.
Take your time coming back.
We have just moved something very ancient.
