Welcome.
My name is Tasha and I will be your meditation guide today.
Thank you for arriving fully here with me.
Wherever you are in the world,
Allow yourself to feel the sacred presence of this moment.
As you listen,
You may hear the sound of a waterfall in the background.
This meditation is being recorded in Bali,
An island long known as the island of the gods,
A place where spirituality is woven into everyday life,
Where offerings of gratitude are placed on the earth each morning,
And where the elements of nature are honored as living,
Sacred forces.
The flowing water you hear is not just sound.
Water is purification.
Water is renewal.
Water is remembrance.
Today,
We will allow the sacred energy of water to help us release what is heavy and return to the truth of who we are.
Now if you would,
Gently close your eyes if that feels comfortable and take a slow,
Deep inhale through your nose.
Allow it to travel down the core of your body and release.
Let's do another round of that together.
Slow,
Deep breath in through the nose,
Allow it to travel down to your pelvis and allow it to exit into the earth.
One more time together,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
Hold it at the top,
Hold,
Hold,
And let it all go,
A soft release to carry away your day,
To settle the body,
To allow your nervous system to soften.
I want you to draw your attention now to the earth beneath you,
Whether you are sitting,
Standing,
Or lying down,
Notice that you are supported.
Notice the earth beneath you there for you.
Before we go deeper into this meditation,
We will begin with a breathing practice designed to clear stagnant energy from the body.
This breath activates life force energy within you.
It helps move energy through the spine and releases what no longer needs to be carried.
Bring your awareness to the base of your spine,
At your pelvic floor,
Also known as your root chakra.
Imagine a gentle current of energy resting there.
Now we begin.
Inhale deeply through the nose,
Exhale through the nose.
Inhale through the nose,
Exhale through the nose.
Inhale through the nose,
Exhale through the nose.
We will continue breathing in this steady rhythm,
Inhale,
Exhale.
Now let the breath become a little stronger now,
Inhale fully,
Push it deep down to your pelvic floor,
Exhale completely.
Feel the breath moving through your body like a wave of energy,
And with every inhale,
You are inviting fresh life force energy into your system,
And with every exhale,
You are releasing old energy,
Old patterns,
Stagnant emotions,
Anything no longer serving your best or highest good.
Remember to keep the rhythm steady,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale.
And as you do,
Imagine the breath moving up your spine and washing down the body like flowing water.
If thoughts arise,
Let them pass like clouds and stay with your breath,
Inhale,
Exhale.
Inhale,
Exhale.
You may begin to feel warmth,
Tingling,
Or subtle energy moving through the body.
This is your life force awakening,
Allow it,
Trust it.
Continue breathing,
Each exhale is a clearing,
Each inhale is a renewal.
Now take one final deep inhale in,
And gently sigh it out through the mouth,
And then let your breath return to its natural rhythm.
Now,
If you would,
Imagine yourself standing in a lush Balinese jungle.
The air is warm,
The earth is alive with the scent of plants and flowers and incense,
Birds calling softly in the distance,
And ahead of you,
A beautiful waterfall cascading over ancient stones.
The water flows with a sacred power that has moved through this land for thousands and thousands of years.
In Bali,
Water is considered holy,
It is used in purification ceremonies known as Melakot,
Rituals of cleansing and spiritual renewal.
Slowly,
Begin walking toward the waterfall in front of you.
With each step forward,
Feel your feet becoming one with the earth,
Becoming lighter,
Becoming more present,
More connected,
And as you reach the water's edge,
Pause just for a moment,
And feel gratitude for this sacred moment on this sacred land.
Gratitude for your breath,
Gratitude for your life,
Gratitude for nature.
And when you're ready,
Stop beneath the waterfall.
Feel the water cascading over the crown of your head like liquid light.
Allow the water to begin washing away old energy.
Feel as your stress starts to dissolve.
Feel as your fear starts to dissolve.
Feel your heart walls start to dissolve.
Outdated identities dissolving.
Allow the water to cleanse your mind,
Your body,
And your soul.
Anything that is not aligned with your truth simply washes away.
The water will carry it back to the earth where it will be transformed and transmuted back into love.
Just know it is safe here to release.
It is safe here to soften.
It is safe here to begin again.
As you leave the waterfall,
Find yourself sitting beside the water on a smooth stone.
Tap into the energy of your body now.
Does it feel clear,
Open,
Peaceful?
In Balinese culture,
There is a deep understanding that wisdom flows when we live in harmony with nature.
And within you is an ancient wisdom,
A voice of knowing,
A quiet inner guide.
Bring your awareness to the center of your heart and imagine a soft golden light glowing there.
And with each breath,
The light grows brighter.
This light is your intuition,
Your inner compass,
Your soul's wisdom.
Silently ask within,
What insight is ready to emerge from me now?
There is no need to force an answer.
Simply listen.
It may come as a feeling,
A word,
An image,
A color,
Or a deep sense of knowing.
Trust whatever arises within you.
Your soul is always communicating.
I'll allow a moment of quiet here for you to sit next to this waterfall and just be.
Just be to listen.
Now,
Gently repeat these affirmations silently within yourself.
Feel them resonating through your energy.
I release what no longer serves my highest path.
I trust the wisdom that lives within me.
Like flowing water,
My energy moves freely and naturally.
I am connected to the sacred intelligence of the earth.
Clarity flows to me with ease.
I honor my intuition.
I honor my journey.
I am guided.
I am supported.
I am exactly where I am meant to be.
Now,
I would like for you to visualize getting up from the stone where you're seated and walking back towards the direction that you came from.
Back into the Balinese jungle.
Back down a path that leads you home.
Begin to bring your awareness back to your body.
Notice the gentle rhythm of your natural breath.
Feel the support of the ground beneath you.
Just know that as this meditation comes to a close,
That cleansing energy remains within you.
And that you carry the wisdom of the earth wherever you go.
Let us take one deep breath in together.
And let it all go with a sigh.
When you're ready,
You can gently wiggle your fingers and your toes and open your eyes.
And come back into the room where you are at in the present moment.
And may you move through the rest of your day with clarity,
Peace,
And flow.
