
1 Hour Yoga Nidra Meditation For Insomnia And Deep Sleep

This 1-hour meditation offers a sanctuary from the stressors of insomnia to promote healing and deep unconscious sleep. This particular guided meditation incorporates a modified Yoga Nidra technique to induce a deep state of serenity, leading to a state of quiet and still mind to alleviate insomnia. This technique differs slightly from standard Non-Sleep Deep Rest forms of Yoga Nidra, so the technique differs from my other non-sleep deep rest meditations that are designed to induce a state of deep rest with trace awareness. This special meditation is designed to help you surrender to deep unconscious sleep, which is inspired by my wise teacher, Ally Boothroyd.
