Thank you for joining me in this deep sleep session and I've designed this track so that it's going to help you fall asleep and remove all worrying thoughts and concerns from your mind So to begin,
Sit down or lie down,
It really doesn't matter what you do so long as you're nice and comfortable and you can move around anytime you wish to,
Just as you move around when you sleep And now,
Take three,
Deep,
And as you do so,
Allow the muscles of your jaw to relax,
Allow those muscles to loosen Also,
The muscles of your neck,
Loosen,
And your shoulders,
Those muscles loosen Your back,
The muscles loosen,
And allow with each breath out,
This relaxing warmth And at the same time,
Into your scalp,
The muscles of your face,
And deep into your scalp,
Just focus on the basics,
Breathing,
Nothing else And if you find any random thoughts wandering into your mind,
Perfectly natural,
As if anything is really important,
You'll find that these thoughts can just be parked at the back of your mind until this process is over,
As when it is,
That thought will be waiting for you There's no need to hold on to it,
In fact,
That thought may have changed And the way in which you choose to respond to it may also have changed So,
For the moment,
Let those thoughts go,
Breathe them out,
Floating away like a leaf Carried away by the current,
And moving your attention once again back to your breath You notice that even if those thoughts seemed important once,
You can just let them go for now And as you do,
Also to rest,
As the only thing that matters is your breath,
And you can Deeper,
On the edge of sleep,
Just as you do at night And you can,
And you will,
Allow your unconscious mind to take over any thoughts or feelings that you may have,
Taking them over in the same way as you don't need to think about falling asleep As it's natural and normal to fall asleep And you can trust your deep unconscious mind to keep you safe To carry you down into this deep state of sleep And you will already notice that you may feel a slight sensation Of driftings,
That you are drifting down into an ever deepening state of peace A state of deep,
Deep sleep And you can trust your unconscious mind to take you there Knowing that in this sleep,
If you need to be awake,
Or aware,
Or alert You can,
And you will be,
So you can rest assured That your unconscious mind will keep you safe And you can go deeper,
Deeper sleep Deep,
Deep sleep No longer even to listen to the words I say Or even the sound of my voice You can allow your mind to focus on the moments between the words that I say On the moments of peace And in these moments,
You take more and more control As you go deeper,
Deeper still Deeper,
Deeper still You are safe,
You are in control And you can,
And you will,
Cycle through the different phases of sleep Gaining maximum benefit from each,
And in your dreams You will be able to safely work through any of the problems you had in the day Problems that perhaps may have caused your sleep to be disturbed in the past But now you can hold those thoughts in the theater of dreams And work them through in a way that works best for you Perhaps by letting things go Or maybe by finding a different way of dealing with it Maybe by changing the situation As only you will know when you enter that experience Just how much better you feel How much more in control After a good night's restful sleep So allow your unconscious mind to continue to carry you down into that state Deeper,
