Hello,
And welcome to this affirmation meditation.
I'm really glad you're here today.
We're practicing something very simple and powerful,
Letting the heart remember how to trust life again.
A lot of us move through the world bracing and holding on to tension,
Wondering when the next difficult thing will happen.
When is the other shoe going to drop?
A lot of clients say this to me.
So this practice is a gentle shift,
Not here to convince ourselves of anything or force any kind of belief.
Just softening the body enough that the heart can open again to possibilities.
Affirmations work best not when we push them into the mind,
But when we let them settle into the nervous system.
So we'll begin there.
So allow yourself to get nice and comfortable.
You might sit or lie down,
Lean back in your chair,
Whatever feels really nourishing for you right now.
And take a moment to adjust your body so nothing needs your attention.
And when you're ready,
Allowing the eyes to close or soften your gaze.
Taking a slow breath in through the nose and gently exhale out through the mouth.
Again,
Slowly,
Gently inhale into the belly and an easy exhale.
Letting the shoulders drop and the jaw soften,
Allowing the belly to be relaxed.
And as you breathe a soft golden light into the belly and exhale,
Slowly relaxing.
Nothing to hold in this moment.
Nothing to manage right now.
Just arriving in this time and space just for you.
Taking another slow breath in and as you exhale,
Imagine the body settling like sand in water.
Everything slowly coming down.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Letting it all be heavy.
If your mind is busy,
That's okay.
We're not trying to stop thoughts.
We're simply giving the body a signal of safety.
So with every exhale,
Letting the body soften a little more.
You might even bring one hand to your heart with a loving touch and one hand to your belly just as lovingly.
Just feeling the warmth of your own presence.
This simple contact can remind the nervous system that you are here with yourself.
And from this place,
Affirmations start to land differently as possibility rather than pressure.
So imagining the space around your heart softening,
Like a window gently opening.
And from here,
We'll begin repeating some phrases together.
You can repeat them silently in your mind or simply listen and let them wash over you.
Taking a slow breath in and we begin.
Everything is working out for me.
Everything I desire is already unfolding in perfect timing.
Everything is working out for me.
I am open to abundance.
I am open to success.
I am open to joy.
I am open to freedom.
Everything is working out for me.
I can let go of doubt.
I am limitless.
I live with ease.
I live with flow.
I live with clarity.
Everything is working out for me.
I trust that life is guiding me.
I trust opportunities are lining up for me.
I trust that I am worthy of what I desire.
Everything is working out for me.
I feel confident.
I feel supported.
I feel inspired.
I feel abundant.
My energy is magnetic.
My words are powerful.
My story is unfolding beautifully.
Everything is working out for me.
Success is finding its way to me effortlessly.
Love surrounds me.
Joy is my natural state.
Everything is working out for me.
I am grateful.
I am worthy.
I am ready.
I am supported.
I am aligned.
I am abundant.
Everything is working out for me.
I can breathe deeply.
I can smile with ease.
I can trust the unfolding.
I can choose joy right now.
Everything is working out for me.
My life is expanding in ways beyond my imagination.
My vision is becoming clearer.
My faith is strengthening.
I can feel fulfillment growing now.
I can feel abundance moving now.
Everything is working out for me.
I am living in alignment with my highest good.
I am creating with confidence.
I am receiving joy.
Everything is working out for me.
Taking a slow breath in and letting it go.
And again.
Everything is working out for me.

Allowing those words to land wherever they land.
Noticing any of those phrases that really landed with you.
Spend some more time there now.
Or allow another phrase to come to mind that you're really craving in this moment.
Breathe it in.
Allow this to be your personalized process.
Make it yours.
Claim it.
It is yours.
And so it is.
Feeling into your body where your affirmation is landing for you.
Feeling into your breath and your heart.
Noticing if there is even the smallest shift.
Maybe a little more space.
A little more steadiness.
A devoted heart isn't a heart that never doubts.
It's a heart that keeps returning to trust.
And that's what you practice today.
Beginning to deepen your breath.
And as you're ready,
You can begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.
Rolling the shoulders gently.
And when you're ready,
You can slowly open your eyes.
Staying with this feeling as you do so.
