Welcome everyone.
As we begin,
Find a position that feels natural and comfortable for you.
If it feels right,
It is right.
Let your spine be straight,
Yet relaxed,
Creating a posture of grounded ease.
If you haven't already,
Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Slowly allow yourself to settle fully into this moment.
Just breathe and become aware.
Okay,
Let's do some grounded breaths to arrive in this moment.
There is no right or wrong way,
Just let the breath guide you.
Let it flow naturally,
Without force,
Without effort,
Simply arriving,
Simply being.
So let me guide you.
Breathe in through your nose,
Slow and easy,
Letting the air flow naturally and exhale through your mouth,
Smooth and steady.
Feel the gentle release.
Inhale again,
Steady and gentle,
Feeling your lungs only as much as feels comfortable.
Pause softly at the top of the breath,
No need to force,
Just resting in stillness for a moment and exhale slowly,
Letting tension melt away with ease.
Okay,
Take one last deep breath in,
Steady and unhurried,
Pause briefly,
Simply noticing the fullness of this moment and exhale slowly,
Grounding yourself in the here and now.
Just take a moment to arrive,
Not just in this space,
But in yourself.
Let go of whatever came before this moment and whatever comes after.
Right now,
There is nothing to fix,
Nothing to do,
Nowhere to be except here.
Settle into this presence,
Feel your body soften,
Your breath slow.
This is a space to breathe,
To let yourself be exactly as you are.
Whatever you bring with you today,
Joy,
Exhaustion or even uncertainty,
Let it be enough,
Let it be seen without judgment.
We are here to practice,
Not perfection,
Not performance,
But presence.
Through this practice,
We'll explore what it means to be open to ourselves,
To each other and to the deeper currents of love and connection that are always available.
Meditation is not an escape,
But a return,
A recalibration of mind,
Body and spirit.
It strengthens focus,
Deepens compassion and builds resilience.
It resets the nervous system,
Lowers stress and opens the heart.
Most importantly,
It brings us back to ourselves,
To each other,
To life.
This practice is about meeting yourself where you are,
With kindness.
It's about allowing,
Not forcing.
Stillness,
Balance and connection.
So as we move into this practice,
Remember,
There is no right way to do this,
Only your way.
You don't have to change anything,
Just notice.
Awareness itself is an act of growth.
So take a breath,
Feel your body settle,
Let go of any need to perform or force an outcome.
Meditation works,
Not through effort,
But through allowing.
So let's begin.
Inviting more loving kindness into your relationships.
This moment,
Awareness,
Practice,
Is designed to help you deepen your relationships.
Through loving kindness and empathy.
Let me guide you to reset,
Release and realign with your intentions,
So that you may show up fully in your relationships of compassion,
Courage and presence.
Releasing what no longer serves you.
Before we invite more loving kindness into all areas of life,
Home,
Work and daily interactions,
We must make space.
We must release what no longer serves us.
Old patterns,
Unspoken resentments,
Limiting beliefs or fear of vulnerability.
May we open our hearts to love,
Not just in our closest relationships,
But in every connection.
Meeting each moment with kindness and understanding.
Take a moment to reflect.
What emotional burdens are you carrying in your relationships?
Is this something you need to let go of?
Perhaps a past hurt,
A story you've told yourself,
Or an expectation that no longer aligns with your heart.
As you breathe in,
Imagine gathering all these thoughts and emotions.
As you exhale,
Visualise them dissolving,
Carried away with the breath.
Release judgement,
Release self-doubt,
Release the need to control.
With each breath,
Create more space within yourself for love.
Understanding and presence.
OK,
Now bring your awareness to what truly matters in your relationships.
Beyond the daily routines,
The words spoken and the roles we play,
There is something deeper.
Connection,
Presence and love.
Reflect for a moment.
How do you want to show up in your life?
What kind of presence do you want to bring?
What values do you want to guide your interactions?
Silently,
Set an intention and truly mean the meaning.
I choose to meet others with kindness.
I choose to be present,
To listen deeply and to love fully.
I choose to bring warmth and love.
Warmth and compassion into my life.
Let this intention settle into your heart.
Growing empathy through awareness.
Empathy is not about mind reading.
It is about presence.
Being open,
Attuned and willing to truly see another person's experience.
OK,
Now bring to mind someone in your life.
It could be a friend,
A family member,
A partner or even someone you see often but don't know well.
Imagine looking into their eyes,
Witnessing their emotions,
Their struggles,
Their joys,
Without assumptions,
Simply notice.
As you inhale,
Breathing,
Understanding.
As you exhale,
Send them compassion.
Silently say to yourself,
I see you,
I hear you.
I honour your experience,
Even if it is different from mine.
Let yourself rest in this space of connection.
Practising vulnerability for deeper connections.
Sometimes,
The hardest thing to do in our lives is to simply be ourselves.
We put up walls,
Fearing rejection or judgement.
But true connection comes from being true to ourselves.
Take a moment to reflect.
How do you hold back in your life?
What would it feel like to remove the armour,
To show up fully as yourself?
Imagine a moment where you let yourself be seen,
To feel the freedom.
Now silently say,
I am enough as I am.
I trust that I am worthy of love and connection.
I allow myself to be open,
Real and vulnerable.
Feel the courage of this truth,
Settle into your heart.
Loving kindness,
Expanding the heart's capacity.
Now in this space you have created of loving kindness,
Of a warmth and goodwill to yourself and others.
So first,
Direct kindness to yourself.
May I be happy.
May I be safe.
May I be loved.
May I live with ease.
Feel these words as an offering of self-compassion.
Okay,
Think of someone dear to you,
A friend,
A partner,
A child.
Send them the same kindness.
May you be happy.
May you be safe.
May you be loved.
May you live with ease.
So let's extend this to the people you see every day,
The ones you may take for granted.
Picture them in your mind,
An offer.
May you be happy.
May you be safe.
May you be loved.
May you live with ease.
Expand this loving kindness to all,
Even those you may struggle with.
May all beings be happy.
May all beings be safe.
May all beings be loved.
May all beings live with ease.
Let this warmth radiate outward,
Filling the world with kindness,
One breath at a time.
And now,
As one,
As love,
Silently repeat,
If I want others to be happy,
I practice compassion.
If I want to be happy,
I practice compassion.
This space of love,
Compassion and presence is always inside you.
You can return to it anytime,
In any moment.
Now,
As one,
As love,
Silently repeats again,
If I want others to be happy,
I practice compassion.
If I want to be happy,
I practice compassion.
Let this love move with you,
In your words,
In your actions,
In your life,
And the way you see yourself and others.
You are worthy of love,
And you are enough.
