Hello,
Beautiful one.
Let's begin today's meditation with our eyes closed.
Take in a deep breath.
And slowly let it go.
Let's do that again.
As you breathe in,
Breathe in presence.
As you exhale out,
Breathe out any distraction.
Allow yourself to settle fully into this moment.
Note the quiet beneath the noise.
Feel the stillness that lies beneath the tension.
And know that in this moment.
Your body is listening.
Every breath you take sends a signal.
Every thought you repeat.
Becomes a message.
Every emotion you hold on to.
Creates a rhythm within you.
Right now,
In this very moment.
Trillions of cells are working together.
All inside of your body.
Your heartbeat.
Without ever being asked.
Your lungs expand.
All on their own.
Your nervous system responds automatically.
Your body is constantly listening.
For direction.
And today we are choosing.
To become a compassionate leader.
Of these cells.
Compassionate leader.
Of our body.
And we will do so not through force.
Not through criticism.
Although I know we are really good at that.
We will do this through awareness.
Through intention.
We will do this through love and kindness.
Take a slow breath in.
And release it out.
Now imagine that you are standing inside a vast universe.
A universe made entirely of light.
This space is beautiful.
Now imagine that this universe is your inner world.
That you are currently standing within the center of your body.
And every glowing point around you.
Represents a living cell.
A cell within your body.
Each one alive.
Each cell responsive.
Each cell listening.
And think about.
The many years your cells have been carrying the messages that you have sent.
It may be messages of stress.
Fear.
Pressure to always do better.
Self-criticism.
May be that of survival.
And still.
To continue working for you.
Still,
They continue to protect you.
Still they show up every day.
Take a moment to feel gratitude for this body.
Even the parts of you that you once judged.
Even the parts of you that were ignored.
Your body has never been your enemy.
It has been trying to communicate with you all along.
Let's take a moment and breathe.
And let's think about this.
Your body has been trying to communicate with you.
What if all these messages?
The aches,
The pain,
The tension.
The stiffness.
The weight gain.
The sluggishness.
What if all of this.

Was communication.
Take a moment to feel gratitude for your body.
Take a moment.
To send your body compassion.
And now imagine a warm golden light glowing in the center of your chest.
And with every inhale,
This light expands.
With every exhale,
It moves gently throughout your body.
Imagine.
Or visualize this light moving on to the shoulders.
Into your stomach.
Up your spine.
Through your hair.
Down through your legs.
Imagine this beautiful light moving in.
To every cell.
And as this light spreads.
Imagine.
Your cells responding.
Each and every one of them.
Softening.
Relaxing.
Realigning.
They recognize this beautiful light.
As an energy of safety.
They recognize this energy as calm.
A feeling of peace.
They see it.
As you being a leader.
A leader amongst your body.
Amongst yourselves.
For so long you have spoken to yourself through fear.
Through pressure,
Through harshness.
But today,
You choose a different voice.
A steady voice.
Compassionate voice.
Maybe.
Powerful voice.
Let's affirm.
My body is listening to me.
My body is listening to me.
And take a moment to feel gratitude towards this body.
And we continue with our affirmation.
I lead myself with calm.
And with compassion.
For every cell within me.
Is worthy of peace.
Every cell within me is worthy of compassion.
Of love.
Of kindness.
And feel these words ripple throughout your entire being.
Imagine now that every cell in your body begins to glow brighter.
Thousands,
Millions,
Trillions.
Tiny lights awakening together.
Not fighting each other.
But working together in harmony.
Your body responds to the environment you create within.
And you do this with your breath.
You do this with coherence.
Between your heart and your mind.
You do this with your words and your emotions.
And right now.
As we move through this meditation.
You are creating safety.
You are creating a sense of steadiness.
You are creating.
The ability for your body to heal.
Take in another deep breath.
Allowing that light to grow a bit brighter.
And as you exhale.
And allow that light to move through your entire being.
And imagine releasing the old internal command.
The command to rush.
To act through fear.
To expect our body to respond to criticism.
To expect our body to behave the way we want it to when we stay tense.
And stress.
You no longer need to lead yourself through survival.
You can lead through trust.
You can be the leader of yourself.
By being present.
By being intentionally.
Relax.
For peace.
To feeling calm.
Steady.
Take in another deep breath.
Notice your heartbeat in this moment.
Notice how steady it is.
Baseball.
Constant.
Your body wants to heal.
Your body wants to find balance.
Your body wants harmony.
And when you mind.
When your words become gentler.
Your body becomes.
You begin to feel safe.
Now imagine speaking directly to yourself.
As though every part of your body can hear your voice.
Let's tell these cells.
Thank you for carrying me.
Thank you for protecting me and keeping me safe.
Thank you for staying with me.
I am learning.
To take better care of you.
I'm learning to be a better leader.
And to lead through love.
To lead through peace.
Through compassion.
Rather than through fear.
And allow yourself to feel the emotional weight of these words.
Your relationship with yourself is changing.
You are no longer at war.
We'll see.
You are becoming a safe place.
For your own body,
Your own self to exist.
Take another breath in.
Let it go.
And bring back that image of that beautiful golden light.
And imagine your entire body filled with this radiant light.
Every cell illuminated.
Every system working together.
Every part of you aligned in peace.
This is what inner leadership feels like.
Not domination.
Not control.
But conscious guidance.
You are the emotional atmosphere your body lives inside of.
Every day.
And today.
You're choosing calm.
Today you are choosing kindness.
Today you are choosing wholeness.
