Welcome to this guided meditation for the sacral chakra.

Find a place to sit comfortably with your hands resting on your lower abdomen just below your navel and as you settle into this space close your eyes and take a deep breath in feeling your abdomen expand as you inhale and gently contract as you exhale.

Take another few deep breaths in and slowly exhale and as your breath begins to return to normal I invite you to visualize a warm orange light glowing in your lower abdomen.

This is your sacral chakra.

See it swirling gently radiating warmth and creativity throughout your body and as you continue to breathe imagine the orange light growing brighter and more vibrant filling you with a sense of joy,

Leisure and creativity.

And then silently or out loud repeat the mantra VAM allowing the sound to resonate within your body.

As you continue to repeat the mantra VAM feel this orange light expanding and dissolving any blocks or tension in your lower abdomen.

Let it flow like water soothing and nourishing your emotions and awakening your creative potential.

And if you feel any emotions arise as you focus on this orange light in your abdomen while repeating the mantra VAM acknowledge them without judgement allow them to flow freely through you just in the process knowing that you are reconnecting with your inner joy and creativity.

And as you become aware of your breathing again when you are ready gently bring your awareness back to the room wiggle your fingers and your toes and slowly open your eyes when you are ready.
