Hello friend and welcome to this guided meditation which is designed to help you overcome any limiting beliefs that are holding you back from achieving your full potential.
I invite you now to settle into a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.
You may choose to sit or lie down,
Whatever is comfortable for you and as you relax into your comfortable position I want you to feel your connection with the surface beneath you.
Feel yourself melting into the surface.
Now is the time to relax and you know that you have nowhere else to be but here.
Relaxing and I'd like you to take a nice deep breath in and out and as you take your next breath in and out feel your eyelids getting heavier and closing if they are not already closed.
Breathing in and breathing out.
That's right.
Let go of everything you think you need to do and let your mind clear completely and don't worry if thoughts float into your mind.
You will find them floating away just as easily as they came and as you focus on my voice you will find that your attention is only on my voice and you'll find yourself wanting to listen to what I have to say today.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And now I'd like you to imagine a warm glowing light shining right above your head and you will begin to notice this light gently cascading down over your head and your face.
Relax your forehead and your eye.
Relax and your jaw and relax the tongue from the roof of your mouth and as the light cascades down your shoulders relax and blow out any tension as you breathe out and as the light moves down your arms down the front of your body and down your back release any tension as you exhale and as the light gently cascades down your legs you relax even more and you feel so calm and at peace and at ease and you are enveloped by this warm glowing light and as you take another deep breath in you exhale any remaining tension from your body.
Breathing in and breathing out and gradually return your breathing back to whatever feels comfortable for you.
Now as your body is in a state of complete relaxation you'll be able to relax your mind just the same and I'd like you to imagine that you're at the top of a staircase and as I count down the numbers from 10 to 1 I want you to imagine each number in whatever color you choose appearing on the step below and as you step onto that number it disappears like a mist floating away and take that first step down 10 9 8 relax in your mind 7 6 5 doubling that relaxation 4 3 2 doubling that relaxation again and 1.
Your mind is completely clear and as relaxed as your body.
You have come so far in your life and you have achieved so much but you want to move on to the next level of your life but something feels like it is holding you back and whilst you can think and talk about it you can never quite get to that next level.
Always slipping back to where you are.
Well today you will learn that you have everything you need inside of you and all that is holding you back are your limiting beliefs that have kept you back for so long.
Today you will get rid of these limiting beliefs and be able to move up to the next level and achieve anything your heart desires.
You see beliefs whether they are positive or limiting are just stories that we've been told.
Stories from our childhood and from society but who is to say they are true.
Let's start with your biggest limiting belief.
I'd like you to bring that belief to mind now whatever it is that you've been told or that you have told yourself.
When did you first believe this about yourself?
Was it something someone said?
And what has happened in your life to reinforce this belief?
And now imagine that this belief is floating in the air in front of you.
What colour is it?
And what shape is it?
What size is it?
Who does it remind you of?
How does it make you feel?
Now I'd like you to change the colour of it to the opposite colour and change the shape of it and change the size of it.
And as you change that size I want you to imagine that it starts to float up into the air higher and higher and higher and higher and higher until it gradually becomes smaller and smaller smaller and smaller until it's barely a thin brick in the bright blue sky.
No matter how hard you strain to see it,
It's no longer there.
And I want you to know now that the unconscious mind is a very powerful thing and that it will seek out situations and people who confirm what it believes.
And so your limiting beliefs are reinforced time and time again.
But today you have opened your unconscious mind and we will remove that limiting belief and replace it with something much more powerful and positive.
And you will be unstoppable in becoming or doing or having whatever it is your heart desires.
And now that you have cleared this limiting belief you have a chance to replace it with more positive beliefs.
And so I invite you to repeat these words in your mind.
I am enough.
I am enough.
I deserve whatever my heart desires.
I deserve whatever my heart desires.
I can create my own destiny.
I can create my own destiny.
I have everything I need inside of me to achieve my goals.
I have everything I need inside of me to achieve my goals.
I am only responsible for myself and my feelings.
I am only responsible for myself and my feelings.
Today is the beginning of everything that I want.
Today is the beginning of everything that I want.
You now have everything you need within you to move forward in positivity.
Your belief in yourself is limitless and you know that you are enough.
You are able to achieve anything you want in life.
And as we bring this meditation to a close I will count you back from 1 to 10 and you will wake completely refreshed with an amazing energy to continue with the rest of your day and the rest of your life.
