Welcome to this guided meditation to connect to your body,

Your womb and your fertility.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable,

Quiet place where you can sit or lie down without any interruptions.

As you settle into the space,

Gently close your eyes and begin to focus on your breath.

And as you take a deep breath in,

Just hold it for a moment,

Honouring that exchange between the inhale and the exhale,

And then exhale a big sigh,

Letting go of any tension that you were holding in your body.

With every breath,

Feel yourself sinking deeper into relaxation.

Feel the weight of your body supported by the ground beneath you.

And with each breath,

Allow yourself to feel heavier and more grounded.

And now imagine a gentle wave of relaxation,

Starting at the top of your head,

Slowly moving down your body,

Relaxing your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your cheeks and your jaw.

Let this peaceful feeling flow down your neck,

Shoulders,

All the way down to your fingertips.

As this wave of relaxation travels further,

Release any tension from your chest and your heart space where all your hopes and dreams reside.

Let it drift down into your abdomen,

The home of your womb,

Your creative centre.

Allow the muscles here to soften and relax.

Feel the relaxation spread to your hips,

Your thighs and right down to your toes.

You are calm,

Secure and grounded.

Now in this deeply relaxed state,

Focus on your breath and your body,

Feeling the natural rhythm of your breathing and the gentle rise and fall of your abdomen.

Visualise your womb as a warm,

Welcoming space.

See it as a vibrant,

Nurturing environment filled with love and light.

Imagine her as a loyal friend who supports your dreams and works in harmony with your desires.

And as you connect with your womb,

Begin to affirm your trust and love for your body.

Repeat these affirmations after me.

I am supported and nurtured by the earth beneath me.

My body is a fertile ground ready to sustain a new life.

I feel deeply connected to the creative power within me.

My womb is a sanctuary of warmth and possibility,

Ready for the new life.

My body is a sanctuary of warmth and possibility,

Ready to welcome new life.

I take actions that nurture my body and prepare it for carrying a baby.

I am strong,

Capable and prepared for the journey of motherhood.

I love my body unconditionally.

I trust in its ability to create life and with every heartbeat I send love to my womb.

I speak with kindness and love about my body.

I express my desires for motherhood openly and without fear.

I see my future with clarity and optimism.

I envision my body working in perfect harmony to bring forth life.

I know that I am guided by the universe in my journey.

I trust in divine timing that connects me to the spirit of my future child.

And I invite you now to visualise a gentle,

Nurturing light emanating from your heart and flowing down into your womb.

See this light as a vibrant,

Life-giving energy,

Bathing your womb.

Imagine this light creating a welcome,

Nurturing space,

Perfect for the baby that you hold in your heart and desires.

Feel the energy of potential and creation pulsating gently in your womb.

And hold on to the image of your womb as a beautiful,

Blossoming flower,

Ready and open to nurture the seed of new life.

Imagine and feel the future where everything is aligned perfectly for you.

Visualise yourself holding a beautiful,

Healthy baby,

Feeling an overwhelming sense of love and gratitude.

See this moment as a perfect reflection of divine timing.

Everything has worked out exactly as it should.

And I'll leave you now to hold this vision for a few moments,

Feeling the emotions deeply,

The joy,

The peace and the boundless love.

Trust that everything you need will come to you at the perfect time.

And now,

Gently become aware of your breath again,

Bringing your awareness back to the present moment.

And as you take a deep breath in,

Exhale gently,

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Perhaps take a nice big stretch,

Stretching your arms and legs.

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.

And as you come back into the present moment,

Just take time to feel thankful for the time that you've dedicated to yourself and your journey to becoming a mother.

And carry the sense of peace and trust in divine timing with you as you go about the rest of your day.
