Welcome,
This is your time now,
A moment to rest,
To release,
To simply be.
Let yourself arrive fully here,
In your body,
In your breath and in this space of deep comfort.
And as you get comfortable in your bed,
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Again,
Breathing in deeply and letting go.
Nothing to fix,
Nothing to figure out,
Just this moment,
Just rest.
And as you continue to breathe deeply,
Allow your body to sink deeper into your bed.
Feel the support beneath you,
Holding you,
Softening you.
Let your shoulders relax and unclench your jaw.
Soften your eyes.
There's nothing that you need to do.
There's no one you need to be.
This is a space where you can surrender everything.
Let's gently scan through your body now and invite it to relax,
One part at a time.
Starting at the crown of your head,
Softening your scalp,
Letting go of any tension around your forehead or temples.
Allow the muscles around your eyes to melt like ice cubes in warm water.
Soften and unclench your jaw and let your tongue rest heavy in your mouth.
Now soften the back of your neck,
Releasing your shoulders and letting them drop a little more.
Feel your arms become heavy,
Starting with your upper arms,
Down through your elbows,
Your forearms,
Your wrists,
Right down to your fingertips.
And now bring your awareness to your chest,
Feel it rise gently as you breathe in and soften as you breathe out.
Let your belly relax.
You breathe.
And now move down through your hips,
Softening them.
Down through your thighs,
Softening your knees,
Your calves and your ankles.
And finally feel your feet,
Allowing them to grow heavy,
Grounded,
Supported by the bed beneath you.
Your whole body now,
Soft,
Relaxed and completely safe to let go.
And just return your breath to its normal rhythm,
Feeling yourself sinking deeper and deeper into the bed,
Completely relaxed.
And now that your body is relaxed,
We'll gently invite a sense of calm confidence and let these words wash over you.
No need to repeat them,
Just receive them.
You did enough today.
You were enough today.
Even the hard parts held beauty.
Even the quiet moments mattered.
You don't have to carry today into tomorrow.
You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to soften.
You are worthy of ease.
You are worthy of joy.
You are worthy of receiving beautiful things,
Even when you feel that you are not.
You didn't earn them.
There is nothing you need to do to prove your value.
Just breathing is enough.
Just being is enough.
And now,
Let each word settle into your nervous system like a lullaby for your soul.
I am safe.
I am held.
I am becoming more of who I truly am every day.
Single day.
I forgive myself for anything that didn't go the way I had hoped it would today.
I trust that everything is unfolding for my highest good.
And now,
Take a moment to gently reflect on something that brought you even a flicker of peace or joy today.
It doesn't have to be big.
Maybe it was a quiet moment.
A smile from someone.
The sun on your face.
A feeling of warm water on your skin.
Or simply making it through a hard moment.
Feel into the gratitude for that moment.
Let it warm your chest.
Like a golden light pulsing gently through your entire body.
And now,
Let's extend that gratitude to yourself.
Thank yourself for everything you did today,
Seen and unseen.
Thank your body for carrying you.
Thank your heart for feeling so deeply.
And thank your soul for staying connected to your truth.
And with this peace and gratitude in our hearts,
We'll now gradually allow ourselves to let it all melt away now.
There's nothing more to think about.
There's nothing left to do.
Let your mind drift.
Floating like a feather on the breeze.
And if thoughts arise,
That's okay.
Just let them pass by like clouds in the night sky.
You don't need to hold them.
And every time you notice a thought,
Just return to your breath.
Soft and slow.
And you're falling deeper into rest.
Every part of you safe.
Love.
And as you drift off into sleep,
Know this.
Your dreams are still working,
Even as you sleep.
Your soul is still aligning,
Even in stillness.
And your tomorrow is already being paved with beauty and brilliance.
And when you wake,
You'll feel refreshed.
Inspired.
And have a sense of deep clarity.
Ready to meet the day as your truest self.
And for now,
Let yourself float and drift into sleep.
Let sleep take you.
For you are so loved,
My dear.
You are so loved,
My dear.
