Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position,

Allowing your body to relax and soften.

Begin with a few deep breaths,

Inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling fully through your mouth.

Feel the flow of air,

The life force connecting you to the present moment.

With each exhale,

Imagine releasing tension,

Distractions,

Or anything weighing on your mind.

Let each breath guide you deeper into stillness.

Now imagine yourself stepping onto a path that leads inward,

A journey to the core of your being.

The path feels inviting,

Safe,

And known only to you.

Notice the environment around you.

Is it lush with trees,

Surrounded by mountains,

Or expansive like a desert?

Take in the textures,

Colors,

And sounds that accompany your steps.

As you walk this path,

You arrive at a doorway or entrance,

One that resonates with familiarity and warmth.

Slowly open the door and step inside.

What you've entered is your inner sanctuary,

A space you've unconsciously carried within all along.

Take your time exploring this haven.

What do you see?

What textures surround you?

What objects or elements bring you peace?

A soft blanket?
