Hello and thank you for joining me for this meditation today.

My name is Corrine and I invite you to get really comfortable for this meditation either laying down or finding a nice comfortable seat whichever works best for you.

This meditation is perfect if you want to find that peace of calm in your day to reconnect to the breath or to help you sleep at night.

Take any wiggles that you need to to let your whole body soften.

Let your legs be heavy,

Let your arms rest by your side and allow your eyes to close.

Take a slow breath in and exhale for a little longer.

Breathe in calm and exhale let the whole body melt.

Begin to imagine a circle of candles around you,

Not too bright,

Gentle golden glowing light,

The kind that make a room feel so cozy.

Each flame flickers with a gentle golden glow and it casts that peaceful glow across your body.

You feel the candlelight wrapping around you.

Take a long breath in as you inhale the soft glow and as you exhale feel wrapped up like you're in a warm blanket of calm.

Inhale the glow and exhale feel that warmth drift over your body,

Down your arms,

Across your chest,

Through your belly.

And all the way down your legs to your toes.

Feel your whole body glowing with this beautiful warmth from the candlelight.

Now bring your awareness to your breath.

Imagine that every inhale forms a delicate snowflake and with every exhale the snowflake drifts down,

Slow and soft,

Floating until it melts.

Inhale the snowflake appears,

Cool,

Crisp and light.

Exhale it drifts,

Slow,

Weightless.

Feel your breath melting into calm.

Feel the rhythm of your breath.

Feel your body melting with the snowflakes,

So soft,

Effortless,

So peaceful.

Feel your body growing heavier,

Your mind quieter,

And your breath becomes softer.

And above you the warm candlelight continues to glow,

Warming your whole body,

Melting away anything heavy,

Leaving only warmth and calm.

Allow yourself to rest here,

Breathing with the snowflakes,

Wrapped in the warmth of the candlelight.

Feel the calm and allow yourself to fully let go.

Please do stay here for as long as it feels good for you,

But when you are ready begin to deepen your breath,

Breathing in the glow of the candlelight.

And exhale,

Feel it flow all over your body,

Bringing that feeling of peace and calm.

And know that this feeling is always here waiting for you,

And is taking a moment to close the eyes,

To breathe,

And let the outside world fade away.

That peace is always within you.
