Get snug and sink into autumn bliss! Picture yourself in a warm cabin, wrapped in a soft blanket, as golden autumn light melts away any tension. Breathe out the busy, breathe in the calm. Your cosy escape to unwind, relax and dream.

Thank you for joining me for this meditation.

I invite you to settle in laying down or seated if you prefer.

Take a long breath in and breathe out slowly.

Allow yourself to fully arrive into the moment.

Let your eyes soften,

Feel your arms and your legs relax and let your body sink into comfort.

Imagine you're inside in a quiet,

Warm cabin and you're wrapped up in a thick,

Cosy blanket.

In your hands you're holding a warm drink and you feel the gentle steam rising on your face,

So comforting and calming.

And as you sit in this cosy cabin you gaze out of the window and you see the world is painted in autumn's colours.

You notice all the ambers,

The golds,

The deep reds and soft brown.

A beautiful tree stands nearby and its leaves drift lazily to the ground,

Floating gently in the crisp autumn air.

You feel the autumn sunshine shining through the window.

You feel that soft golden light at the top of your head,

It's so soothing and it flows down your body,

Melting away any tension,

Allowing your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your jaw to completely soften.

And you feel the autumn light flow down your neck and your shoulders,

Relaxing each muscle.

Your arms and your hands grow heavy,

Warm and relaxed.

You breathe the golden warmth from the sunshine into your chest and it fills your heart with calm.

The warmth flows down through your belly,

Your hips,

Your legs and all the way to your feet.

You feel completely relaxed as you rest here.

And as you watch the tree outside,

You notice that each leaf carries away any heaviness,

Any worries,

Thoughts or tension.

The leaves float down from the trees and you feel lighter and lighter as you let go of any heaviness,

Anything that doesn't serve you.

With every breath in,

You draw in the calm golden light from the sunshine,

From the autumn leaves.

Exhale,

Letting go of any heaviness and inhale the calm,

Inhale the beautiful golden light.

Rest here as you sink deeper into relaxation.

Feel your body growing heavier,

Your mind softer as you drift away.

Sink into the calm,

Golden,

Dreamy autumn.

Please do stay here for as long as you like.

Pause the recording if you wish,

But whenever you are ready,

Slowly return back to your breath.

Just feel that gentle flow of air in and out of your nose.

And deepening the breath into the belly,

You'll notice any sensations in your hands and give the fingers a little wiggle and the toes as well as you begin to gently awaken.

And let's take a full stretch.

We can circle the arms alongside the ears,

Reaching them up,

Taking a long breath in as you reach for the beautiful autumn sunshine.

And as you exhale,

Let your hands come down towards your heart in your prayer pose,

Bringing the autumn glow into your body and we'll take a bath.
