Welcome to this transformative chakra healing meditation series.

A journey through each of the seven main chakras from the root to the crown.

Designed to bring balance,

Release blockages and promote deep restorative sleep.

Each meditation is accompanied by specially crafted healing music that resonates with the energy of a specific chakra.

Creating an immersive experience that supports ongoing subconscious healing even as you rest.

These meditations are meant to be practiced in succession.

Focusing on one chakra each night from root to crown over a period of seven days.

As you move through each chakra you'll gently release stored blocks and open new pathways of energy bringing calm and alignment to your body and mind.

So welcome to tonight's first chakra healing meditation.

For restful sleep we start with the root chakra.

So welcome to this root chakra sleep meditation.

Crafted to help you feel safe grounded and fully supported.

Tonight we will gently release any blockages that may be keeping you from experiencing deep relaxation,

A sense of stability and peace within your body and mind.

Tonight's meditation is designed to bring a calm steady energy to your root chakra.

Releasing anything that is no longer beneficial to you so that you can drift into sleep feeling secure balanced and connected.

As we breathe and visualize we will release blockages such as any lingering fear of instability or feelings of distrust allowing you to feel more anchored and at ease.

You will let go of the need to control everything around you.

Replacing it with a comforting sense of flow of trust.

We will also gently dissolve any feelings of unworthiness or inadequacy creating space for confidence and for self-acceptance.

And finally tonight you will release any resistance to being fully present in your body allowing yourself to feel grounded,

To feel safe and to feel deeply relaxed.

This meditation will leave you feeling centered,

Stable and ready to rest peacefully.

So beautiful soul as you listen let yourself surrender into the moment knowing that with each breath you are reconnecting with a steady foundation of security and inner peace.

So go ahead now and take a gentle deep breath in and slowly exhale allowing any surface tension in your body to begin melting away.

Now settle into your most comfortable position in your bed tonight.

Feeling the support of your mattress close your eyes and bring your attention gently to the bottom of your spine where your root chakra lives.

With each breath that you take just feel yourself grounding into this moment into a feeling of calm and safety.

As you exhale allow yourself now to gently release any fear of instability,

Any worries about your finances,

Relationships or feeling unsupported.

Seeing this fear as a heavy weight in your lower body and as you breathe out let it soften and dissolve creating space for a steady sense of security.

With each breath feel a gentle release of distrust and skepticism especially any old beliefs that may make it hard to trust yourself or others.

You see these feelings may have been there to protect you in the past but now they are ready to dissolve.

So as you exhale let them gently fade away allowing a deeper sense of peace and connection to take their place.

Next we allow ourselves to release any need to control everything in our life.

This block may stem from a desire for predictability but tonight you can let it go trusting that you are supported.

Imagine this need as a tightness around your lower abdomen and as you exhale let it melt away allowing you to fully relax.

Now with each breath out with each exhale release any feelings of inadequacy,

Of unworthiness.

Visualize these feelings as a dense cloud that you may have had in your lower body.

So as you exhale let this cloud dissipate creating space for self-acceptance and confidence.

You are enough and you are worthy of feeling grounded and secure.

Finally let go of any resistance to being fully present in your body.

Sometimes we disconnect from our physical selves but tonight you can feel safe and supported within.

With each exhale release any resistance and just allow yourself to feel fully connected to your body and grounded in this present moment.

As you breathe in visualize a deep red light glowing right here at the base of your spine.

Bringing with it a warm grounding energy into the root of your being,

Your root chakra.

With each breath this light grows stronger within you filling you with a sense of security,

Peace and connection to the earth.

Feeling this energy expanding,

Reaching down through your legs and into the ground anchoring you with a calm,

Steady foundation.

You are safe,

You are grounded and you are supported.

Allow your breath to settle into a gentle rhythm now.

Letting this red light continue to radiate bringing you stability,

Peace and a deep sense of being rooted.

Rest now in this comforting energy.

Feeling fully at ease and ready for a peaceful sleep.

As this meditation ends a specially crafted healing music track will play supporting your root chakra at a deep subconscious level bringing you balance and grounding you as you rest.
