Welcome to this uplifting morning practice.
Together we're going to send a love note out to the universe by creating ripples of love,
Gratitude and abundance that will elevate your energy and set the tone for your day.
Think of this practice as putting on a pair of glasses.
It'll help you see your life today and every situation and person you encounter through a lens of gratitude,
Love and abundance.
As we move through the affirmations I will leave a few moments of silence after each one.
This is your time to repeat the affirmations to yourself either silently or aloud and let its meaning resonate deeply within you.
Before we begin,
Find a quiet comfortable place.
Sit or stand with your spine straight and if you feel comfortable close your eyes or have a soft gaze or maybe you'd prefer to listen and repeat your affirmations whilst you walk.
To help settle you,
I invite you now to take a deep breath in,
Hold for a moment and then slowly exhale.
If one breath wasn't enough,
Take another or as many as you need.
Now allow yourself to return to your natural breath and as you breathe in gently through your nose ideally fill yourself with calm and peace and as you breathe out release any tension and stress.
Now follow your next inhale deep into the center of your being.
Become aware of how you're feeling physically.
Notice the sensations within you.
Now ask yourself how you're feeling emotionally.
Allow yourself to feel what you're really feeling without judgment.
Use your breath as a bridge between the physical and emotional self.
Notice if your breath mirrors how you're feeling in its depth,
Rhythm and fluidity.
Now that we know where we're starting from,
Let's set the intention for this practice.

I invite you to repeat these affirmations either silently in your inner voice or out loud.
Take your time with each one and allow the words to resonate deeply.

I will approach my friends,

I am grateful for the beauty of nature and all the abundance that surrounds me.
