I am Vivian and will guide you in this meditation,
Listening the hidden aspect of the throat chakra.
The throat chakra is all about authenticity,
Communication,
Creativity,
Self-expression and inner freedom.
Remembering that communication is giving and receiving.
Think of speech and the voice as giving,
Sending out vibrations and then think of the opposite,
Receiving,
Which is our hearing and listening.
Today we look deeper at listening the hidden aspect of the throat chakra and we will work on releasing blocks and stuck energy from our ears and from our ability to listen and comprehend.
So just take a deep breath in and breathe out and when you're ready,
Simply close your eyes,
Get comfortable and relax and just breathe.
Consciously breathing in and out,
Letting your awareness follow your breath as it moves in the body,
Around the body and out again on your exhale.
As you breathe,
Feel the outside world falling away and with each breath you take,
Let go more and more.
Feel all the tension and tightness flowing out of you,
Floating away and notice especially the tension you're holding in your shoulders,
Just relax and dissolve.
Breathe deeply in and as you exhale,
Slowly allow your body to relax and just be open,
Open to receiving.
Breathe all problems away from your body,
Breathe away all stuck emotions and find yourself in your inner world.
Be open and receptive.
This is your time,
This moment in time and space is for you.
So breathe easily,
Leaning into this moment of self-love.
Place your focus in your heart and feel your energy calming.
At this time you are safe and protected,
All is well.
Focus on your root chakra at the base of your spine and notice the gentle pull of gravity.
Let yourself be pulled to mother earth and allow her to hold and support you.
Imagine you are walking down a magnificent sweeping staircase,
Walking down a magnificent sweeping staircase,
Leading to your beautiful inner world.
I will count from 10 to 1.
Each step we take down the staircase will take you deeper within,
Feeling more and more centered and at peace.

You are completely relaxed and at peace.
Every time you reach this state of relaxation,
You will feel your body relax and you will heal your body,
Your mind and you will soothe your soul.
Know that every time you relax deeply,
You are getting better and better,
Becoming peaceful and joyful as you rest in this moment.
Remembering that energy healing is all about removing blocks that are inhibiting our bodies from healing themselves.
In our practice today,
We will release stuck energy or blocks from our heart and throat chakras.
As you breathe,
Bring your awareness to your heart space.
Imagine a beautiful pink rose quartz crystal in the center of your heart space.
And as you gaze at it with love and appreciation,
It begins to glow brighter and brighter with a gorgeous pale pink light,
Illuminating and opening your heart space,
The portal of your heart,
Leading you to unconditional love.
Allow the portal of your heart to open now.
Allow the portal of your heart and the gateway to your soul to open.
Open and follow the swirling pale pink light energy and journey within.
Notice that the energy of your heart chakra opens and expands and the pale pink light energy is flowing into your throat chakra as well.
Now,
All layers of stuck energy are released from your heart and throat and transmuted into love and light.
Focus on your heart,
Your throat chakra now.
This energy center is being opened,
Expanded and healed.
Love energy clears and cleanses your throat chakra.
See,
Sense or feel your heart,
Throat chakra glowing brighter and brighter,
Clearer and clearer and cleaner,
Like the turquoise sea of a tropical island.
All aspects of communication and creativity are being healed and revitalized by the pure love of the pale pink light energy flowing in from your heart and the rose quartz.
The sometimes hidden aspect of the throat chakra,
Deep listening,
The sometimes hidden aspect of the throat chakra,
Deep listening and the ability to hear the truth is also being brought into your awareness now for healing.
Breathe into your throat chakra,
Into your throat and your ears,
Allowing the healing pale pink light to swirl there,
Cleansing,
Clearing,
Opening.
As your throat chakra is cleansed and purified,
You notice the love energy from your heart chakra has tuned your throat chakra.
The energy of the throat chakra is now in harmony and resonance.
Every cell in your body is vibrating with this new pure frequency,
Allowing healing and transmutation of lower vibrational or stuck energies.
And with your heart and throat chakra now in sync,
You're able to affirm.
I curate the words I speak with love so that I may share my truth and wisdom.
When I communicate,
I use discernment so that I filter out anything that is unhelpful in the moment.
I listen with grace and speak with tact,
Compassion and diplomacy without defensiveness.
I respond gently instead of reacting.
I am deeply mindful when communicating with others.

Honoring their personal journeys.
I am expressive and open to all forms of communication.
I am composed and resilient.
I am heard.
I communicate respectfully.
I am an active listener.
I lay aside all illusions of myself and allow Source to reveal to me who I truly am.
Breathe and relax.
Breathe and release.
Letting go of anything holding you back from living as you have just affirmed.
Breathe and relax into the moment.
Feeling or sensing the healing and purity of this moment.
As you relax,
Can you honestly reflect on these statements?
How do I listen?
Do I ensure I'm actively listening to understand?
Or is my listening simply superficial in order to respond?

What are some of the patterns I notice when I'm listening during a difficult conversation?
Am I easily triggered?
What are some of the patterns I notice when listening?
What limiting beliefs are coming up that prevent me from fully listening?
What limiting beliefs are preventing me from fully listening?
What limiting beliefs are preventing me from fully listening?
What am I not hearing?
And if I'm really honest with myself,
Which truths can I not hear about myself?
Can I open my hearing to listen from a different angle or perspective?
Can I release filters,
Conditioning,
Limiting beliefs to clearly see and hear those communicating with me?
Breathe.
Am I feeling manipulated in my closest relationships?
I release this energy now.
Where am I manipulating others?
I release this energy and any need relating to manipulating now.
Can I deeply and honestly admit when others are speaking the truth to me and about me?
Honoring this moment now as I reflect and releasing any energy stopping this.
Where am I expressing true love?
Where am I loved unconditionally?
Where and anywhere I'm blocking the energy of deep,
True,
Abiding love,
I delete and create and destory and transmute it all now.
Breathe.
Relax.
I now release any negative energy and limiting beliefs around all of this.
I release all energetic blocks of the throat chakra now.
I release all dense energy and blocks to authentic listening and hearing.
Sending these energies with appreciation and love to Mother Earth where she transmutes them into love and light.
Bring your attention once again to your heart space and the healing,
Loving,
Pale pink light energy emanating from this portal.
Notice how your heart is now connected to your throat chakra and that there's a flow of pure source energy between them.
The heart energy combined with the healing energy of the rose quartz is maintaining flow and balance in your throat chakra.
And the healing extends to all parts of your body.
Lovingly and gently just observe for a few minutes this beautiful infinite flow of pure energy between your heart and throat chakras.
Observing how you have restored the aspect of true hearing and deep listening.
This resonance is calming and uplifting and your energy centers are bright and clear.
Your light body is glowing and strong.
So breathe and acknowledge this wonderful experience and the expansiveness that is brought to your body and to your energy.
And allow the healing fortified energy to spread throughout your body and your aura.
And notice how each inhale and each exhale is of pure love.
Remember the purity and truth of your love,
Unconditional and steadfast,
Bringing healing and love and light.
And see how your soul shines expansively.
And remembering the creativity and resonance of your voice and the harmony and healing of real listening.
You are being of light.
Breathe into the expansiveness of who you are.
And know that you're whole,
That you're healed and that you're infinitely worthy.
Notice gravity to become once again aware of your groundedness to Mother Earth.
Slowly begin to come back to the present moment of awareness.
Consciously breathe in,
Hold and now exhale.
Now breathe in even deeper,
Expanding your ribcage and belly,
Allowing the breath to nourish your body and all your cells.
And as you exhale,
You exhale peace.
Allow now any ambient sounds in your surrounding to bring you back to the waking present.
Perhaps you want to wiggle your toes and your fingers,
Sway or roll your shoulders.
Breathing deeply and purposefully now,
Notice your body and any physical sensations.
And slowly and gently come back when you are ready and open your eyes.
