Get yourself comfortable where you are and breathe your eyes closed.
Begin to settle into this moment,
Breathing deeply and easily and allowing all outside distractions to disappear as slowly but surely with each breath you relax and soften more and more.
Let your attention begin to rest within as you allow yourself to journey into your inner world with each gentle breath,
Feeling present and relaxing into your body.
And as you breathe,
Come home to yourself,
Bringing back,
Calling back your energy from all other people,
Places and all dimensions,
Times and spaces.
Softening your muscles now.
Just releasing all of the day's concerns and stresses.
Take a deep cleansing breath in and very slowly out.
Breathing in through the nose,
Breathing out through the mouth with a sigh.
Breathing in and feeling the lungs expanding,
Breathing out and experiencing the sense of letting go.
Breathing in to feel your body fully,
Allowing it to expand,
Breathing out to feel the release of all tension,
Softening more and more.
Breathing in,
Feeling alive,
Breathing out and feeling your emotions settling.
Breathing in the whole universe,
Breathing out and expanding in love.

I am grateful for the experiences that I have encountered today.
From what I have seen,
Heard,
Felt or realized,
Each day I am becoming more aware of who I am and how to be a better me.
Source light,
Great spirit,
Continue to show me things within me that I've been unable to see myself.
Open my spiritual eyes to see what I've been turning away from.
Open my heart to feel what I've been afraid to admit.
I now release any negative feelings I may have acquired about myself or others.
And I release any and all responsibility for others that is not mine to bear.
And allow your body and your whole being to soften into this moment and relax more and more with each breath.
Allowing yourself to feel safe and content.
Just be in this moment and rest easy.
Feel your energy grounding into Mother Earth.
Intend that any unwanted thoughts,
Feelings or energies leave your body.
Allow these energies to flow out of you and into the Earth,
Where they are transmuted into love and light.
Feeling peaceful and relaxed as you breathe and remain centered in this moment.
Imagine that a glorious golden liquid light is pouring over you and into you.
Washing over you in a cleansing and rejuvenating shower.
Breathe and relax.
Knowing that as you rest the golden liquid light will continue to rejuvenate all of you wherever needed.

I forget who I thought I was and as I go to sleep I remember with gratitude the magical being that I am.
I invite my soul to be fully present in me now.
So that as I sleep and rest I can receive nudges and guidance as to how to embody the grandest version of myself tomorrow.
