Healing The Root Chakra For Financial Abundance

Our Root Chakra is concerned with our material needs: money, food, shelter, our family, and our safety. I will guide you to clear your Root Chakra and all the associated feelings of enoughness or not-enoughness, allowing you to step into aligned Financial Abundance.

Hello and welcome to this meditation for healing the root chakra for financial abundance.

This chakra is concerned with our material needs,

Money,

Food,

Shelter,

Our family and our safety.

I am Vivian and I will guide you as we clear our root chakras and all the associated feelings of enoughness or not enoughness,

Either too much or too little.

I invite you to take a moment and get yourself comfortable,

Making sure that where you sit you are ready to relax completely.

Taking a deep breath in and when you are ready close your eyes on the exhale as you relax.

In a deep breath hold and as you exhale let go of any negativity and any thought forms that might be holding you back from manifesting what you truly desire.

And as you breathe again,

Soften even more.

Just allow your breathing to flow easily and gently in a rhythm that is completely natural to your body.

Breathing in and slowly out as you relax.

Notice any physical sensations that you might be feeling.

Perhaps you feel the weight of your body in the chair.

Perhaps you feel the temperature of the air around you.

Breathe in deeply and easily.

And as you continue to breathe,

The simple act of noticing your breath as it flows in and through your body takes you deeper and deeper into a place of complete relaxation and stillness.

Take a moment now to observe your breath as it flows in and out of your body,

Allowing my voice to go with you into your inner world.

I'd like you to place your awareness now at the base of your spine,

The point of one of your energetic centers,

The root chakra.

Let your attention rest here and notice and gently observe this chakra nestled in your pelvic bowl.

And you are able from this point,

From this chakra,

To send your energy down your legs,

Via your knees,

Out through your feet and down into Mother Earth.

Imagine your root chakra as a golden ball nestled in the pelvic bowl of your body and see your chakra energy as glowing cherry red liquid light energy flowing from the golden ball deeper and deeper and deeper,

All the way down to the crystalline core of Mother Earth.

Allow yourself to ground deeply into the crystals in the center of Mother Earth.

See how you are connected to a particular beautiful crystal,

Glowing and pulsating now with the receipt of your energy.

And as you breathe in,

You are able to bring the loving,

Nurturing,

Healing,

Supportive energy of Mother Earth back up into your body.

See the Earth energy as liquid golden light flowing back up into your body via the channel created by your own energy flowing down.

All the way up now and into your feet,

Up your legs and into your root chakra.

See the Earth energy filling the bowl of your root chakra to overflowing.

And as the energy fills your root chakra and overflows,

See the overflow of energy cycling back down your legs and deep into Mother Earth.

The energy flows up and down,

Replenishing your root chakra energy and allowing you to send any energy you no longer need out of the bowl,

Down your legs and into Mother Earth,

Where she transmutes it into pure love and light.

Just notice this cycle and flow of energy.

Just notice your connection deepening and with each breath,

To our beautiful,

Supportive Mother,

Her energy healing your root chakra as it flows more and more.

Just take a moment to watch now.

Observe the energy of your root chakra,

Filled and glowing,

Being cleansed and cleaned and replenished.

Know that you can release any stuck energy from anywhere in your body via your root chakra and into the Earth.

Today we are going to clear your root chakra and all the associated feelings of enoughness or not enoughness,

Either too much or too little.

This chakra is concerned with our material needs,

Money,

Food,

Shelter,

Our family and our safety.

So just breathe into that realisation now,

Knowing that as we clear our root chakra,

We will be able to attract more money,

More financial abundance and feel safe and secure in what we are doing and that it is enough.

Set this pure,

Clear intention.

Send any negative energy or limiting thoughts down to your root chakra and out of your body.

As the flow of loving,

Nourishing Earth energy and glowing red root chakra energy fills the root chakra bowl,

It pushes out negative feelings,

Letting it overflow now and then flowing down your legs and deep into Mother Earth.

Just let go.

Let it all go now.

And now,

As you think about your childhood,

Notice anywhere this chakra could have been blocked or influenced by your parents' attitudes.

Perhaps a parent was worried about money or what could go wrong and you could have absorbed this energy.

Perhaps your parents thought about money.

Perhaps there was a lack of money or perhaps having money created other issues in your family.

So as you breathe into these thoughts,

As you think back,

Just see where your body is storing any stuck energy or any limiting beliefs around financial abundance,

Money or the lack of money.

And with pure,

Clear intention,

Send any stuck energy to your root chakra.

And from there,

Your root chakra recycles this negative energy into Mother Earth,

Balancing your first chakra and allowing liquid light energy to flow freely and smoothly in this area.

And now as you breathe and relax more and more,

You are able to release more and more.

Why not just notice where you have any limiting beliefs or uncomfortable feelings associated with money and financial wealth.

And see if you have a belief that stems from society or one that does not belong to you.

Just notice,

Notice how it feels in your body and where you feel it in your body.

And then with deep breaths and pure intention,

Send the energy of this belief to your root chakra ball,

Where you see it combining with the pure,

Healing,

Supportive earth energy.

And then watch the overflow and release,

Allowing this limiting belief or judgement to leave your body.

It is leaving as it flows out via your root chakra,

Via your legs and deep into Mother Earth.

Breathe and express gratitude to Mother Earth now,

As she helps you let go of more and more of the energy that is holding you back.

That she helps you release any limiting beliefs around money and financial abundance.

Just be present in your body and with your breath and continue to notice if anything else is coming up.

When you think or feel into yourself about money,

What is the first thing that comes to mind?

If there is any negativity or negative or low vibrational energy attached to it,

Let it go.

Let it go now.

Letting it down via your root chakra into Mother Earth,

Simply releasing,

Free yourself from any possibility that you can be held back from abundance that is your birthright.

Breathe in deeply and on the long,

Slow exhale,

Intend that all root chakra and financial abundance blocks are deleted,

Uncreated and transmuted across all dimensions of time and space,

Through all realities and across all ancestral lineages and karma.

And now mentally repeat these affirmations.

I release all that no longer serves me or my dreams.

I am open to all that supports my growth and expansion.

I embrace the doorways opening to transform my life.

I am perfectly protected and my needs are abundantly met.

Miracles flow to me with every breath.

I am safe and secure.

I let go of all fears and worries related to money.

I release all feelings of lack.

I hold pure intention and believe that I am deserving.

I am embodying the energy of overflowing financial abundance.

So be it and so it is.

Become aware of your body and relax all your muscles.

Breathe deeply now,

Allowing the breath to nourish your body and wake up your cells.

Notice any sounds beyond my voice,

Allowing them to guide you back to the waking present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

Roll your shoulders and then very gently,

When you are ready,

Come back to this now awake moment.
