Welcome to this meditation.
I firmly believe we can use meditation and energy to heal our physical bodies.
Do remember that energy is disconnected from time,
But our bodies live in time and space.
So we need to allow our bodies to catch up to the energy shifts and healing.
In this meditation we will use energy,
Intention and creative visualization to begin to heal our bodies,
Minds and souls with love and healing light.
We will also upgrade our master cell during this meditation to ensure ongoing physical healing or rejuvenation.
Please take a moment to get yourself comfortable.
Breathe deeply and evenly,
Bringing your awareness gradually inwards.
If you haven't done so already,
Close your eyes and gently focus on my voice.
Notice your breath.
Take a deep breath in and release all energy that does not belong to you.
Inhale and exhale deeply and evenly now,
Setting into your body's own gentle rhythm of easy breathing as you remain present in this moment.
Let each breath take you deeper and deeper into a beautiful state of complete relaxation.
Now relax all your muscles.
Soften the muscles of your face and jaw.
Just let go of all tightness and tension in these muscles.
Soften your eyes.
Let go of any tension here,
Relaxing more and more.
Now relax the muscles of your neck and shoulders.
Soften your arms and hands.
Completely relax the muscles of your back.
Let go of all tension in these muscles.
Soften into your stomach muscles and abdomen so that your breathing can stay perfectly easy and natural.
Completely relax the muscles of your legs,
Your calves,
Your feet and your toes.
Now your entire body is in a state of deep relaxation and peace.
As you breathe now,
Tune into your light within and flow into your inner world.
Allow yourself to open up to the limitless current of universal energy that is available and let this beautiful light flow in through the top of your head.
Feel the tingle in the soles of your feet as you receive the loving,
Nurturing,
Comforting energy that is rising up from Mother Earth.
Flowing into your energy body via your feet and root chakra.
As you breathe,
Deeply connect with your soul through your heart space.
Using this moment to realign with your beautiful force of love within you.
Follow this light as it flows into your heart,
Opening you up to that part of you that loves you.
Allow yourself to receive limitless love,
Boundless abundance.
Allowing this love to grow and expand,
Circulate and shine forth from within you and out beyond you.
Know that at this time you can truly align with a greater level of love and high frequency vibrational experiences.
Expanding into higher levels of light involves letting go of the old and outdated that no longer serves us.
Breathe and acknowledge that which is coming forward to be released today and just let go.
Breathe and let go more and more.
Bring your awareness to your heart space once again and acknowledge the love and wisdom that resides there.
Send yourself waves of love,
Light and gratitude.
This love vibration is a magnet for the highest vibration and highest quality of divine diamond bright white healing light.
Feel this light filling you now,
Pouring in from above via your crown,
Tracing the path of love throughout your body to the deepest deepest levels.
Pouring into your physical being,
Your energy body,
Your mind,
Cleansing your emotions and pouring into your soul.
This diamond bright white healing light is vast and infinite.
This light lifts you,
Raises your vibration,
Raises the quality of your energy and purifies and cleanses all of you deeply,
Lovingly.
You are luminous.
You are aware that this diamond bright white healing light has extraordinary healing properties.
As the light continues to pour into you,
Know that it can heal your physical body.
Magically it flows deeper and deeper into all the cells in your body,
Filling them,
Continuously expanding.
This healing light is now filling all the spaces between the cells and all the spaces between the spaces.
Feel this wonderful energy swirling about your whole body,
Healing your physical body,
Cleansing and clearing stuck energy,
Replenishing what is needed and rejuvenating you,
Healing,
Restoring,
Resetting.
Remain relaxed and breathe evenly and gently,
Softening more now and just letting go.
Breathe and release more,
More of what you no longer need or want.
Letting go of all that is not in alignment with who you really are.
Bring your attention to that part of you that needs specific healing and as you do so,
Imagine that the wonderful diamond bright white healing light is rushing there now.
Allow the light to clear any blocks,
Allow the light to release any hurts and judgments.
As this glorious light continues to flow into you,
Know that it is repairing all your cells from the inside out,
Nourishing them,
Restoring them to wellness and vitality.
Where else can you direct this healing light energy?
Direct it to another part of you that could use healing.
Simply notice the flow with peace and grace.
The diamond bright white healing light magnificently and magically continues to heal your body right down to the cellular level,
Reprogramming your DNA.
Are there any emotional hurts you wish to heal and release?
Notice what is coming up to be released and healed.
Notice what you are feeling and just be with these feelings for a few seconds.
And now command them to flow.
Emotions need to move through us and out of us.
Now consciously release as the divine diamond bright white healing light floods into you,
Transmuting the energy of the emotions.
See,
Sense or feel stuck emotions and lower vibrational energy dissolving and disappearing completely.
Repeat in your head,
I delete these emotions and all energy connecting me to these emotions across all dimensions of time,
Space and reality,
Across all soul decisions and karma.
Breathe out and let go.
See,
Sense or feel the incredible supply of diamond bright white healing light that is all around you.
And as you breathe in,
Imagine that you are drawing universal life force energy into every cell.
You are not only breathing through your mouth and nose and lungs,
But you are breathing into your entire being.
Every cell is opening and breathing in life force energy.
Your energy is restored and your body and mind and spirit revitalized.
Breathe in the light,
Lift in the light,
Relax in the light and as you exhale,
Let go.
Let go of whatever energy is holding you back.
Let go of all that does not belong to you.
Let go of tension,
Stress and any heavy emotions.
And now,
Let your focus rest within your heart space once more.
The love vibration of your highest authenticity is restored.
The diamond bright white healing light is now able to effortlessly heal you.
Effortlessly enter in and replenish your energy in any moment at any time.
This love allows a constant replenishment of light in your being.
The choice of love allows you to fully reconnect with the highest level of divine wisdom,
Wholeness and vitality.

Express gratitude for your body and all that it gives you in this life,
Providing a gorgeous home for your mind and soul.
Breathe and thank your cells with their unique DNA codes that make you,

Now thank your mind,
Your consciousness and your subconscious.
And finally acknowledge you,

Bringing your amusement and curiosity,

Move your awareness to the back of your head,
As if you are looking at it from the outside of your body.
This may also just be an abstract feeling.
Notice the place on your head just above your neck.
Now,
Imagine there's a little drawer there.
Open it.
You are now looking at a very special master cell for your body.
Energetically,
This is the blueprint for all the cells in your body.
This cell holds the master copy for when your cells replicate.
Notice this with awe,
Wonder and amusement.
Now imagine that beautiful time and bright white healing light coming in and pouring into this master cell.
Have deep love and compassion for the cell.
Look at it with adoration and love.
Using the diamond bright white healing light,
Send love and healing energy into the cell.
Tell the cell you're beautiful,
You are cherished,
You are needed,
You are loved,
You are loved,
You are whole,
You are amazing.
See or sense a cell filling with white light,
Becoming plump and more buoyant,
Brighter and lighter.
See the DNA relaxing and glowing as the diamond bright white healing light works its magic.
Let your intention of love,
Light,
Healing and acceptance move through every part of the master cell now,
Into its DNA and into the space around the cell.
Imagine now that you can connect the master cell to Mother Earth so that it can draw on her healing,
Nurturing energy.
Just know that this is possible and occurring now.

See the master cell begin to spin gently,
Enhancing the energy and infusing it with renewed vitality,

Now gently close the drawer,
Putting this upgraded master cell back into your body.

Your unconscious mind has this powerful inner knowing how to repair and how to access your unique blueprint for good health,

As new cells are made every day,

Become aware gradually of your body as it rests in your chair.
Move your awareness to your breath now.
Consciously breathe deeper,
Allowing the breath to nourish your cells,
Waking them up.
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Perhaps rub your hands together.
Gently,

Open your eyes and allow your sense of sight to bring you back into this moment.
