Heart, Throat And Solar Plexus Connection

In this meditation and from the central space of our beautiful Heart Chakras, we connect both the Throat and the Solar Plexus chakras to our hearts. As we create an infinity sign of continuous flow between these three energy centres, we bring healing to ourselves, harmony in our lives and heart-power Love to the Throat and Solar Plexus.

As we intentionally connect our Heart to our Throat and our Solar Plexus chakras, the gifts of these chakras are enhanced by the power of Love, enabling deeper healing, easier transmutation of lower vibrations or emotions and a more direct daily connection to everything and All That Is.
