Beautiful one.

Today I'm going to be covering cooking affirmations.

Many of us,

When we head into the kitchen,

Feel a sense of dread,

Anxiety,

And we're not setting ourselves up for success.

It's really important if you want to experience joy to set yourself up for a positive experience and cooking affirmations can do just that.

I'm going to be repeating seven affirmations that work beautifully to use every time you cook.

Whenever you're getting ready to head into your kitchen,

Use these affirmations.

You can repeat along with me now or come back to these anytime you need them.

I am patient and kind to myself as I learn and grow in the kitchen.

I embrace the process of cooking as much as the final product.

I find joy in experimenting with new ingredients and recipes.

I trust my taste buds and make adjustments as needed.
