Hello beautiful one.

I'm so glad you're here.

Today I'm going to be sharing 10 affirmations to use for healing for chronic illness and for cancer.

I use these myself for my own diagnosis and they are extraordinarily helpful.

They are meant to be used daily and one of the things with affirmations,

If you're not accustomed to using them,

Is you need to take a little bit of a leap of faith and believe in them and the first few times you're doing them it might feel like this is not going to happen but if you continue to use them you will have a huge shift in your mindset.

So I do encourage you to try to use them at least once a day but even twice is ideal.
