I'm really glad you're back.
Before we start,
Just take a breath with me in and out.
Let your body soften just a little.
Today we're talking about your sacral chakra.
This is your emotional center,
Your creativity,
Your ability to feel joy.
And honestly,
This is where a lot of us get a little blocked.
Because somewhere along the way we learn to hold things in,
To not feel too much,
To not take up too much space.
So instead of letting emotions move,
We either shut them down or they come out all at once.
This can look like feeling numb,
Not enjoying things the way you used to,
Creative blocks,
Or even guilt around resting or having fun.
Parnellion is such a beautiful crystal for this.
It's warm,
It's energizing,
It gently wakes things back up.
Not in an overwhelming way,
Just enough to remind you that it's safe to feel again.
Place a hand on your lower belly,
Take a slow breath in,
And as you exhale,
Just let your stomach soften.
Again,
In and out.
Now imagine a warm orange glow in that space,
Not forcing anything,
Just gently noticing.
If there's emotion there,
Let it be there.
If there's nothing,
That's okay too.
You're just allowing.
When was the last time you felt real joy?
And did you let yourself fully have it?
Take a moment to see and feel in your body.
And if you have time,
Sit for a second and close your eyes.
Repeat this affirmation to yourself or out loud.
I allow myself to feel.
I allow myself to experience joy.
