Good morning beautiful people.

Begin by finding a comfortable position.

You may be seated or laying down.

Whatever feels supportive this morning.

Allow your eyes to gently close.

Take a slow breath in through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.

Again inhale welcoming fresh energy into your body and exhale releasing anything you don't need to carry into this day.

Let your breath settle into a natural rhythm.

Imagine the quiet of early morning.

The world feels calm.

There is space before the day begins.

Soften your shoulders.

Relax your jaw.

Smooth your brow.

Bring awareness to your heart space.

Imagine a warm steady light glowing there.

With each inhale this light grows brighter.

With each exhale it spreads gently through your body.

Silently repeat I begin this day with calm and clarity.

I move at my own pace.

I am present for what matters.

Take one slow nourishing breath in and a long easing breath out.

When you're ready gently open your eyes.

Carry this calm with you into your day.

Namaste beautiful souls.
