Savannah has been practicing yoga since high school, finding in it a grounding path of growth, balance, and self-discovery. After years of personal practice, she became a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and began sharing her love of yoga to help others experience the same peace and strength it has brought into her life. Before stepping into the yoga community, Savannah worked as a private chef and developed a deep appreciation for mindful, healthy living. Her passion for nurturing others naturally extends into her yoga teaching, where she emphasizes compassion, connection, and creating space for healing through movement, meditation, and reflection. Savannah incorporates guided meditations, breathwork and journal prompts into her practices to help students deepen their self-awareness and connect with their inner voice. Outside the studio, Savannah enjoys exploring nature with her dog, painting, visiting museums, and camping under the stars. She believes in living creatively and consciously and hopes to inspire others to find self-love, empathy, and joy both on and off the mat.
