Place your feet on the ground and begin to observe your breath.

When you next exhale,

Press the soles of your feet down to the ground.

And when you next inhale,

Reach the crown of your head up to the sky.

Bring to mind one thing you are grateful for in this minute.

Continue to observe your breath.

And once more,

Inhale and exhale.
