Cat Leas Stone

Cat Stone’s yoga practice began in 2002 as a seva student at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, Massachusetts. She has offered yoga classes in clinics, homes, studios, community spaces, online, and outdoors since 2015. Before teaching yoga, she taught outdoor education, worked on organic farms, and traveled – as well as completing programs in permaculture design, therapeutic massage, reiki, and courses with the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS). Cat holds a Masters in Education from Colorado State University, and is working towards a Masters in Clinical Mental Health from Adams State University. Cat's yoga classes focus on knowledge and growth through movement, meditation, and community.

Wow, this was a fantastic complete yoga practice! I would recommend it not just for a sleep apnoea but for anyone looking to calm their nervous system and to have a yoga practice which incorporates a short physical element and then a longer breathing practice element and relaxation at the end.
