In this PMR, we move from the feet up towards the head, tensing and relaxing muscle groups as we go. The tense and relax action allows the body to achieve a deeper state of relaxation, which can be helpful for pain, stress, and sleep. At the end of the PMR, there is time to rest in full body awareness for a few minutes before closing your practice.
