This meditation is an invitation to begin again, releasing the weight of the past and stepping into the present with clarity and ease. When we can connect with the breath and soften the body, we create an opening that allows for the freshness of each new moment. This practice is here to remind you that every breath is an opportunity to start over, to welcome in what you need, and to let go of what no longer serves you. There is no need to hang on to what went wrong or what didn't work when we remember that we always have the opportunity to start fresh and begin anew.
